If you are looking for the best Vietnamese food you ever have...I FOUND IT!! This quaint little restaurant is very personable. I... could help but notice the owner (he is very charismatic I might add) stopped to check on each table to ensure they wereenjoying their meal. He takes great pride and truly wants his customers to enjoy the meal that he prepared from the heart. Myrefined palate was completely satisfied with the perfectly spiced and cooked meal. No matter the reason I'm in town thisrestaurant is always on my "must do" list. Read more

I've never made a negative review. It's not my style, but folks should know about this experience. One dish was pretty good, but... should've been better. The other was inedible. Even though we had a reservation, it appeared that we had no server assigned tous and the bartender was obviously annoyed to take care of us in their absence. Other than bad food and worse service I guessit was an alright place, but definitely won't be going back. Read more

Honestly if you haven't been here yet you are missing out! This is the best Vietnamese place in fort worth that I have found.... You can tell the chef and owner puts so much love and compassion into every inch of his restaurant and every item on the menu.Mom's shrimp and the egg yolk coffee are absolutely addictive! I've never been disappointed by a dish and absolutely lovehaving lunch or dinner here! I already can't wait to go back! Read more

Happened upon this cute place while out and about recently. I was very impressed with the food! They make their own noodles,... too. And they’re great!!!! I got the beef pho, which had an amazing broth. My husband helped himself to it as well and heloved it. Our server was great, she was very informative and knew the menu well. We ended the meal with the Vietnamese coffeeflan. Very good!!!! We will definitely be back Read more

I went for a late lunch/early dinner. This place had just opened so it was a little quiet. But all the people working were all... very nice. I had some egg rolls, jasmine tea, and stir fried egg noodles with a fried egg added. All amazing. I will definitelycome back. Flavors were amazing, very delicate but delicious. Everything tasted very fresh and was perfectly cooked. Read more

This place claimed to have won the best pho in DFW title. However, the quality was very disappointing. We ordered 2 bowls of... beef pho. Pho noodles were way overcooked, and broke apart when I tried to pick up with chopsticks. The broth was nothingspecial, with too much grease on top. The fried shrimp apertizer tasted like made from frozen. Boa was okay, but portions arevery small or the price. I am not sure if it was an off day for them, or if it is always this bad. Just sharing my experience asa first time customer based on the Yelp review. It is over priced and below average in quality. Read more

Darn FB I swear they purposely target me. I want to turn on privacy mode but once in a while they do an amazing job of pointing... me to one of my favorite and rare Vietnamese dishes that's so hard to find called Banh Cuon and was quite surprised to find itat Four Sisters - Taste of Vietnam in Fort Worth and it was a bonus that it was during happy hour with lots of good food anddrinks. Happy Hour Appetizers A. Deep fried crispy tofu stuffed with lemongrass was crispy but lacked a strong zest slightlysweet and spicy lemongrass flavor. I wish the texture was crispy and prefer a soft less firm grade of tofu that's puffs upfluffier. B. Pork and Shrimp Eggrolls - nice blend of fresh shrimp and pork mixed with crispy long shreds of fresh carrots, andsome shitake mushrooms but missing some more garlic, hoyson, black pepper. Very crispy and not greasy frying technique but maybea few seconds too long in the fryer. Entrée Banh Cuon - hold a special place to me because it was one of my mother's bestdishes. It's a dish rarely found in many DFW Vietnamese Restaurants. It's so delicate to make and form into perfect tight ricerolls. @Four Sisters Taste of Vietnam did admirable job. The rice rolls were tightly wrapped but had a nice fluffy texturestuffed with sautéed pork and shitake mushrooms but just need more unmai of fish sauce and fresh black pepper. The deep friedonions had a nice flavor and aroma of cinnamon and cardamom and the banh cuon was laid on crispy bed of fresh bean sprouts andSliced cucumbers complimented with fresh mint which could have used more of lol. Thin slices of Vietnamese Chau - Vietnamesefinely ground salami with fish sauce paired well with the rest of the dish. I'm so happy there are now 2 places in the FortWorth Area that served Banh Cuon. It was 2018 since I first visited but definitely be back for the HH and the Banh Cuon. HappyEating! #diggitydoeats Read more

My 1st visit to the restaurant Four Sisters - A Taste of Vietnam, located on South Main. My sister had been to the restaurant... and really liked it. Stopped in for lunch and found it to be a nice easy going space to meet family and friends. Our serverwas friendly and helpful. We started off with an appetizer of eggs rolls, which were so Delicious ????. For my lunch entree Iordered the Grilled Pork Chop Rice. This entree included grilled sliced pork over rice (I requested garlic rice) pickledveggies topped off with a fried egg. I had never had this dish before but I truly did enjoy every bite. My lunch companionordered the Beef Pho Noodle dish. It looked absolutely wonderful and on my next trip to Four Sisters I'll be ordering that. Itwas a delicious and satisfying meal. I will be returning in the near future. ???? Read more
