Oh my goodness, I got to the restaurant decided I did not want to go inside. I placed my order, drove to the pick up widow. Two... mins later I was at the window. Three minutes later I had my Oder. I am impressed with the customer service I received today. My order was simple am order of their famous brisket nachos my favorite no substitutions no take offs nothing just order of thenachos. They were of course great and ohh so yummy. Thank you, to the cook and the staff that made it happen today. Thislocation does not let their customers down. I fully prepared to park and wait but they were on it today. Great tasting food .. Read more

I order breakfast burritos on Door Dash all the time from this location. They have all been great except for today. I've had... this same issue with Sonic nearby my house. The burritos were barely bigger than a business card. Normally they are about 50%bigger. Guess I'm saving the calories though. Read more

I was planning to order just a regular frozen house margarita, but the cashier told me about their new Painkiller Margaritas, so... I decided to try it. Now let me tell you, this stuff is BANGING. Good flavor, well balanced, and a reasonable price for theportion. I know it got me where I need to be anyways. Staff was very friendly. Will come back again! Read more

Don't bother. The cheese is the same no matter what plate you get, runny and bland. My brisket nachos was a soupy mess with a... side of nothing special. Nothing tasted good, was expecting at least a little better. Read more

I am so thankful for a mgr. at this Fuzzy?s location. Her name is Shelby! From the 1st time I met her she was a champion for... great customer service! I met Shelby when she 1st started working at Fuzzy?s. I told her that I had been coming to Fuzzy?s forseveral years. I told her that I absolutely loved the food, the rewards program, & the atmosphere at Fuzzy?s. But, if I orderedfood to go, I would always need to check it before leaving the restaurant. 100% of the time, something in the order was alwaysmessed up! Since talking with Shelby, something has changed. My order is correct almost every time!! One time, when there was anissue, Shelby took care of the issue herself. No matter what business Shelby is in, she will do well b/c she truly cares aboutthe customers!! I do hope that she stays at Fuzzy?s! I love eating at Fuzzy?s!!! ???? Read more

Once again DISAPPOINTMENT with Ft Worth restaurants. The Fuzzys in Lake Granbury is by far the very best. Lets begin with my... visit at the Bryant Irvin location, first up the cashier offered no customer service and I continuously had to correct her on myvery simple order. Not to go without saying I had to repeat my order multiple times a well. My order came out cold, I could tellwhen I picked it up from the counter that no steam was coming from the food. The Queso had been diluted with milk and veryrunny, my shrimp enchiladas would have been yummy but the green sauce was very thick and cold. The enchiladas themselves werenot very good either. My beans, im a Texas girl and love my beans... Until I found a hair " not a good visit at all" I didntcomplain because I had my uniform on, and I dont want to mark the company i work for. Fuzzys yall get it together, Read more

The food is decent, but it is overshadowed by this location being incredibly slow. It normally takes 20-30 min to get your food.... I normally order online which gives you a "pickup time". It is NEVER ready when they say....as in at least 20-30 later than thedisplayed time. Secondly, if it's busy, they make lots of mistakes. For example, see the pic...you can see they forgot the otherside...which was beans. How can you have Mexican rice without beans?!?!?! Read more
