Great food. The seasoned ground beef nachos are wonderful. The staff is always friendly. The only down side is the seating. It's... always dirty. So if you don't mind wiping down your own table it's not a big problem. But the food is worth it. They also havegreat margaritas! Read more

Slow in person & when you order ahead?orders are never prepared or made on time. When they are ready this location never... accurately prepares the food?looks nothing like the website photo & there is no quality continuity between this & otherlocations. The last two times I came here the migas were over cooked & my tacos were missing ingredients. Tonight I went tothe register to pick up my online order & was ignored by the girl at the register who looked up at me without uttering a word &then proceeded to shuffle papers around so I just went to ask the cooks & they responded immediately. Mexican food is theeasiest food to make I don?t know how bad you have to be to get it wrong every time. Read more

I love the Fuzzy's in Southlake where I usually go. I visited this location a few weeks ago. It wasn't busy at all but my order... took much longer than normal. Then when I got it home, I had a burnt quesadilla. Wasted time, money and appetite. There's aMexican Cafe a couple of blocks away I may start going to instead. It costs a little more but they don't burn your food. Read more

The most unfriendly lady cashier today, also didn?t offer to open the bottle that was not a twist off, had to come back and... inconvenience her for that? quesadilla was so sad looking I lost my appetite. I?ll stick to the other fuzzy locations. Read more

Update: 06/10/2022 Fuzzy?s just seems to be going downhill and such a hit or miss. Tonight the fish was hard and so very dry.... The lettuce and cilantro were wilted and the sauce lacking. Overall very bland! Pretty disappointed. Usually I Love Fuzzy?sthis time I was not impressed. The shrimp and avocado were so over fried they were extremely hard to eat and had a bad burntaftertaste. Not pleased at all today? Read more

Put in an online order and showed up 5 minutes after to be told my order wasn't ready yet, but they would call my name when it... was. 15 minutes pass by and 4 other people get their order ahead of me. I ask when my order will be ready and apparently it'sbeen ready and they never called my name! I get home and open my food and find my beans cold and hard. This isn't even the firsttime this has happened to me at this location. Read more

I?ve dined at this location several times, but our most recent visit is what is promoting this low review. We came for dinner on... a Saturday evening about 5:30 and were the only guests in the restaurant. The cashier taking our order was friendly enough, butpromptly forgot about our margarita order and had to be reminded after 10 minutes. There were 4 cooks in the kitchen, but ourchips and queso somehow still took 15 minutes to be ready and our food order about 20 minutes. Again, we were the only guests inthe restaurant. Once we received our food, the quality was mediocre. Nothing to complain about but nothing to praise. We didorder a ?premium? Baja taco that, once received, seemed extremely skimpy for the price and item description. Perhaps we caughtthem on a bad night?? Read more
