Music was loud asked about prices not on menu waitress pointed at qr code. Just wanted to enjoy the food with my wife not have... to have phones download apps and shout over the music. We just left staff was slow as well. Read more
I would give negative stars if I could, we came here for my daughters birthday dinner we waited over 2 hours for our food. They... told us 3 times they would bring her a birthday surprise which never came. Had to get a manager just to get a refill on drinkswhen the food finally came out it was cold. Looking around the restaurant we were not the only ones either, several tableswalked out and not a single table had food. unless you like to wait 2+hrs for cold nasty food and poor service I do notrecommend. went here with a couple of friends and and it took out sever more than 10 mins to even come to our table, and when she did come... she said she was going to be back in a bit which is fine but then idk if she forgot about us but was doing other side work.There were at least 4 tables I counted that weren?t cleaned for I'm assuming longer than we we were waiting. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I had a gift card that was old and we had to get a manager to check the... balance before we ate there. Even though they seemed busy or a little understaffed they did this with a smile on their faces.The food was just okay/average - our sandwiches lacked flavor and the fries didn't seemed cooked enough.
