I would give negative stars if I could, we came here for my daughters birthday dinner we waited over 2 hours for our food. They... told us 3 times they would bring her a birthday surprise which never came. Had to get a manager just to get a refill on drinkswhen the food finally came out it was cold. Looking around the restaurant we were not the only ones either, several tableswalked out and not a single table had food. unless you like to wait 2+hrs for cold nasty food and poor service I do notrecommend. went here with a couple of friends and and it took out sever more than 10 mins to even come to our table, and when she did come... she said she was going to be back in a bit which is fine but then idk if she forgot about us but was doing other side work.There were at least 4 tables I counted that weren?t cleaned for I'm assuming longer than we we were waiting. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I had a gift card that was old and we had to get a manager to check the... balance before we ate there. Even though they seemed busy or a little understaffed they did this with a smile on their faces.The food was just okay/average - our sandwiches lacked flavor and the fries didn't seemed cooked enough. The ABSOLUTE worst restaurant I've ever been to. 2 people and we are there for over 2 hours between waiting for our waitress,... food, check EVERYTHING. Only thing we didn't have to wait for was to be seated, and I know why, WHO WANTS TO COME HERE TO EAT? Iknow we wont be back. Let's move past the the wait to the food. What a nightmare. We were seated right away. That?s the only positive. Not one waitress was aware there was a table with 4... guests waiting. So I got their attention and our drinks were ordered. Then we realized the table was filthy. Grabbed someoneelse?s attention. There was a big, gross stain of some sort. The waitress said ?yea, we can?t get that off? I thought then whyare you seating people here? The place wasn?t busy at all. Waitress brings the drinks, then plates, silverware and napkins. Allthree plates still had food on them, I?m like WTH?..THEN some of our food came. We didn?t get our food at the same time. Ourfour meals were delivered over a literal span of 15 minutes. Fries were Luke warm. Then my wife?s sandwich comes, the waitressdrops the bun on the floor. The bun stayed right there on the floor the rest of our visit. But she did go get us another bun. Wego for ketchup, we happened to have two bottles on our table but both completely empty. We alert the waitress again, she goessearching for one and brings us one with maybe 2 ounces in it ?????????????.we needed some refills BUT a photo op for threeother guests with 4 hooters girls, including our waitress was more important. So I got my own refill. Then?.the grand finale.She brings out my boneless wings and, they were raw. Thank GOD I didn?t eat it. I noticed the wings weren?t completely coveredin sauce, they were poorly tossed?..so something told me to cut it open first. I got up and asked for the manager?.I believe hesaid his name was Adam?..Adam spent the ENTIRE night fraternizing with the girls, not doing much work at all?..it was so evidentto me that he was the reason the restaurant was so dysfunctional.
