My brothers and I visited here for breakfast. The waitress was a bit overwhelmed I guess but her attitude sucked! I asked her to... wipe the table since it was dirty. She had a problem with it and then when I asked for ketchup. She had an issue as well. Whenwe were done, I was going to place another order but she brought the bill without us asking and said I'll bring a box for you.Her customer service skills suck and the food was a bit burnt. It was awful. We waited 5 mins. to be seated. People were playing in the kitchen. The back part of the store towards the... bathroom smelled like raw sewage. Our food order was wrong twice. Omlettes here are the best, however the app and online ordering is temporarily down. If you visit this location you will be... greeted with a warm smile and the staff will get your order in and get you fed in under 16-20 mins they work hard and the foodis great. They really did a excellent job on mother's day with such a large crowd. I noticed that no one had to leave due a longline and waiting the staff flowed so smoothly and took care of everyone. There awesome at the altemesa location in dfw theyreally are the best team so cohesive and motivated.i love there ability to communicate with one another and get orders out in atimely of fashion. This place is really nasty. Counter top was horrific and the floor was in need of a sweeping and mopping. The attendant was so... sweet though. The omelet I ordered was really flat. Not like the one I'm used to getting on the 820 loop. I won't be back tothis location. Read more
Our server took a minute to get to our table, introduce herself, and take our order however after that she was on point. She... basically stayed at our table making sure we were good. The food was decent as well. I enjoyed my hot chocolate. I've had someso/so experiences so I'm glad this once went much more smoothly. I'll go back eventually. Read more
I use to order the stuffed French toast but they no longer sell it so I had strawberry and banana French toast and I enjoyed it... very much. But it was not anywhere close to being as good as IHOP stuffed French toast. Ihop, please bring it back ???? Read more
