Kiki was great and apologetic about our rushed experience. We pulled up and instantly starting looking at the menu. Was greeted... by a man angry ?can I help you!? We replied just a moment please, this was our first visit to a Jack in the box. He then said itagain and again then asked if someone was behind us, I replied no. The whole time we kept asking for a moment he kept gettingmore aggravated. We then we ready to order he kept interrupting saying I can?t hear you! I can?t hear you! Just ordered 6 tacos.. and this is how they all look. Honestly looks like they grabbed tacos from night shift and refried them... in dirty oil, and burnt them. Food and staff are great, and you can tell they are working hard. It would be great if it had more staff. With more than a... couple people for the entire place it wouldn't take 20 minutes for a sandwich. Pathetic management, I feel guilty for orderingat this location. Read more
