Just left the drive thru. All was fine minus my cold stale fries and chicken sandwhich with a quarter sized amount of sauce on... what was supposed to be a Spicy Cluck. This place is never ?open for business?. I mean that literally and figuratively. I had to go to the restaurant location on... McCart & Altamesa! They have wayyyyy better service not to mention they comply with the signage and are actually open! Thislocation (Hulen Mall) closes when they feel like it and the service is consistently horrible. The signs say close at 2am, theinternet says close at10pm, and the staff closes when they feel like it. How hard is it to add a disclaimer stating, ? possibleearly closure due to short staff?( You have my permission to PLAGIARIZE/ copy & paste if an employee doesn?t feel like typingit).They carry on as if YOU should be happy they?re ALLOWING you to be a customer vs. them being happy YOU are CHOOSING to betheir customer. Maybe it?s bad management? Idk. Update: I returned after 6:30am (3 employees, no line, closed lobby)to theHulen mall location. I requested 4 fresh tacos. Her response, it?s always fresh(hot to allow time for commute). Unfortunately,mine were not. Not heat what so ever on the wrapping and/or the contents.
