Just left the drive thru. All was fine minus my cold stale fries and chicken sandwhich with a quarter sized amount of sauce on... what was supposed to be a Spicy Cluck. I work overnights and it says that the Jack in The box is open till 2:00. I go there at my lunch at 12:50. 1:00 closed nearly... every time and there's not many places open to eat at that time so it's really a bummer Read more
It's usually good but this time it was greasy and so hard we could not eat some of food hash brown was soaked in oil. I got... 2breakfast jack with meat on side they put it on both. I don't eat meat. Ask for sweet tea. It wasn't tea. The other sandwichmade person have severe upset stomach and toilet issues. His simply orange juice was good out of whole order. I called tocomplain on window ungreeter she was horrible and rude.the girl name started with J. She knows how rude and hateful she was.However someone kept hanging up on me. I would have given this experience 0 stars if I would have been allowed to do so. The woman who took my order kept cutting me... off while I was trying to give my order. Then the woman at the window (I am not sure if it was the same lady that took my order)was very rude and grabbed my money aggressively. I ordered tacos and the pictures below say it all about how well they weremade. The picture of the taco that is opened is a picture BEFORE I attempted to eat it! The taste of these tacos is horrid. Iwill never go to this location again. I will also never recommend anyone to this location. The staff does not care aboutcustomer service or the food quality. Read more

This place is never ?open for business?. I mean that literally and figuratively. I had to go to the restaurant location on... McCart & Altamesa! They have wayyyyy better service not to mention they comply with the signage and are actually open! Thislocation (Hulen Mall) closes when they feel like it and the service is consistently horrible. The signs say close at 2am, theinternet says close at10pm, and the staff closes when they feel like it. How hard is it to add a disclaimer stating, ? possibleearly closure due to short staff?( You have my permission to PLAGIARIZE/ copy & paste if an employee doesn?t feel like typingit).They carry on as if YOU should be happy they?re ALLOWING you to be a customer vs. them being happy YOU are CHOOSING to betheir customer. Maybe it?s bad management? Idk. Update: I returned after 6:30am (3 employees, no line, closed lobby)to theHulen mall location. I requested 4 fresh tacos. Her response, it?s always fresh(hot to allow time for commute). Unfortunately,mine were not. Not heat what so ever on the wrapping and/or the contents. She felt it, and responded it was hot to her but she?dremake the order.I asked that they cook it longer thinking maybe the oil wasn?t hot considering they?d just opened.
