I?ve been to many jack in the boxes and I have to say this one has the worst customer service. I went through the drive-through... and after waiting five minutes for them to eventually take my order I told them that I wanted the special combo for 4.99 with asprite. They automatically gave me a medium combo I stated to the employee that I would like the small combo for $4.99 a ladywhich was not taking my order got on and said that?s what we gave you. I corrected her and said no it wasn?t you medium sized myorder and I would like a small size she replied with that?s what you have! When I clearly see on the screen she up graded to amedium which I did not want. When I pulled up to the window they open the window and ask for $5.93 I stated I do not want themedium size I want the small size as they are holding a medium size drink they state this is the small size and it?s $5.93. Iasked to see what a medium size cup looks like and they showed me my cup I said I don?t wanna medium I want a small the ladythat came to the window and told me it?s $5.93 for your order I responded I?m not paying for something that I?m not wanting. Ithen was getting frustrated and just drove off because I?m not paying for a larger combo that I did not want today?s date isOctober 13 the time was 4:15 PM It took almost 15 minutes to receive nothing except bad customer service and no food. It?s thefirst time that I?ve been to the one off of University Drive and it definitely will be the last. I will stick to my jack in thebox that I go to on Cherry Lane which has amazing customer service and the employees from the University store should learn alittle something from the Cherry Lane store. And no need for the jack in the box auto reply to ask me to send an email because Iwon?t and don?t need robo reply. HOW ABOUT YOU FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE. The girl in the drive thru was very rude! Fries had a burnt taste as well. Think I?ll pass on this location.

This location used to be a go-to but now the service is very inconsistent. This location regularly has staffing issues, which... does not speak highly to the working conditions at this location. Much of the staff is nice but it is obvious they areoverworked, underpaid, and do not feel supported by the management team or the company. The last time I was there we wereinformed the drive-through was closed and couldn't order anything. We had to wait for about 5 minutes while the car in front ofus got served their food so that we could leave. This location is in a downward spiral and it will only end in permanentclosure if big changes don't happen soon. Having worked in food service, I personally understand the struggles of working longhours in an underpaid, high-stress environment. I wish the employees there the best of luck and I hope that either workingconditions drastically change or they find better employment at a location that appreciates their labor appropriately. If you are on the go and need a quick bite this locations is a YES! Had a really great interaction with the sweet cashier. I got... a burger that they let me customize which makes it even better! The regular size drink was really large so I can only imaginehow much fresh beverage you get on a large. Cheese Burger was tasty and the team was lavish in their toppings, which I alwaysappreciate. Great bun and the curly fries are crispy and the vision of fried greatness you would expect. Read more

I ordered the $4 meal deal, plain burger and plain tacos. Not only did I wait over 10 minutes for this, every aspect of my order... was wrong. Tacos have no meat inside and are cold. Burger not plain and cold. How do you serve cold food to people who have beenwaiting 10+ minutes. Worst drive thru experience of my life. Something like this happens every time I?ve visited this locationfor years. Needs to be shut down or completely re-staffed. Read more

Took about 10 minutes for them to take our order. Ordered med curly fry n 2 drinks. Took 10 minutes to get the fries. No they... weren't busy. Was me and a couple. The lady working was very snappy w the lady that was already in there eating. Bad thing wasshe was only trying to give them money back. Turned out they gave to much change. $8.01 to much to be exact.
