My mom and I ordered from here today the date being August 20th 2022. It was probably the worst Jack in the box food I've ever... had we each got the exact same thing sourdough Jack's with extra bacon and extra cheese she had curly fries and I had regularfries the problem was the cheese was old. It was actually hard like it has been left out for 2 or 3 days without any packagingand my mother's fries were so old they were chewy like they made the curly fries in the morning and just left them sitting forwhoever ordered them later on in the afternoon I believe the store was very short staffed but that's still not an excuse to givesomebody old food. Staff was extremely rude. They seen us walk in ready to order and continued their chit chat for a solid 5 minutes before taking... our order. Once we got our order and 2 items were missing we were met with more attitude. Someone was picking up an order andwas missing their drink and they also gave her an attitude about that. The inside and outside of the location is not well managed or clean. Don?t use the restrooms. The staff are very friendly, but... the uniforms are not clean, dirty shirts , hats and pants . And are at the drive through . They?re definitely understaffed andit shows . And I have decided to stop coming here , due to always getting sick after eating here . The drink machine isn?tclean, rubbing of faces , hair , being on phone and grabbing and handing out food all the the window . Jack , Help your team. We were the only car in the drive through and one of the only in the parking lot, for a reason. Employees were unprofessional, ... unorganized and indifferent, food wasn't good. If you ate craving Jack in the Box, I suggest going to another location. Placingthe order was difficult, maybe they couldn't hear, I had to repeat each word, one at a time at list 3 times. At the window theydecided to take out the drawer to count the cash just a couple feet from the window when we drove up, so there was an extendedwait. We were finally handed the bags by an employee seemingly bothered when I asked for the shakes we hadn't received yet Afterlooking at their orders another employee made the two shakes and handed them out the window yelling they didn't have cherries,not a big deal but could have been communicated without yelling abd maybe starting with an apology. Afternoon shift is full of people who absolutely DO NOT CARE. Ordered the munchie madness online and showed up with no one in... the drive thru and no one inside the joint and still had to wait 20 minutes. Was greeted with rolled eyes when trying to get theattention of staff working. Took the box home and everything was just about thrown around. Not to mention we ordered the onewith chicken nuggets and NOT with the poppers. No sauces included as well. Thanks university jack in the box, I will not bereturning. Read more
Literally GREEN EGGS AND HAM I ordered a grande sausage burrito and 6 tacos. When I was taking bites of my burrito it was... pretty good but once I got to the egg I say green shaded egg. I then realized the egg from the burrito is the egg they use onthe breakfast sandwich, they were supposed to be scrambled. As I dug through the burrito I found more and more green/ grayisheggs. I was so mad I through it in the trash. So I grab a taco and the first taco tasted good but the second one had an offtaste and me and my friend agreed that something is wrong with the tacos. This pace should deserve 0 stars but I guess I'll giveone to the customer service. Customer service was pretty good. Read more

The drive thru cashier was friendly and courteous. The order was done right. Drove off in 3 minutes.
