Honestly do NOT go after 10:00pm. All you'll get is horrible service & the wrong order. I've contacted the restaurant twice... about this and it's still just as bad. Go to whataburger instead they're so much nicer and faster. Read more
Most incompetent and slow people I have ever met in my life. Showed up for 1 uber eats order with about 3 cars in front of me. I... have been sitting here for 35 minutes and counting.. seriously ridiculous.. can barely hear anything from the speaker and thelady was short tempered and rude about not being able to hear her. Never accepting another order here and I suggest otherdrivers do the same. (Jack in the box commented on this) I tried to report this on the website but this location does notexist under Fort Worth, TX on another note, tried this place again tonight.. 1 car ahead of me.. been sitting here for 30minutes already. Horrible Customer Service at This Location. The Wait Was Over 20minutes For 6 Tacos!!! I Couldn?t Even Leave The Line Due To it... Being Packed! Not open 24 hours. At least 4 times a month I pull in here drive past 3 or 4 cars parked in the parking lot. I see employees... bouncing around in the restaurant. Pull up to order menu, first thing you notice is a hand written sign that says Cash Only.Then you sit and wait for someone to take your order. Never happens. The other night I came here with some friends . The man taking orders was very rude , making comments and saying things like ?oh... my god!!? Angrily at us . On another note, a friend told me she and her brother came here and the same employee for no reason,called her brother ?an ugly boy.? When asking for sauce . ???? Also same employee was very rude when he was taking the moneyand I?m pretty sure he screwed my friend over and took more money than what was needed. Food was fine I guess . Overall two thumbs up. Super friendly and helpful staff made this experience one to remember. Restaurant was nice and clean... along with the restrooms which make you feel like royalty, check out the pic. This Jack in the Box is located across from a WalMart so it stays busy. Its a new modern style design inside and worth stopping in for a quick bite. Landscaping is always kepttight. Good job guys! Read more
