Seemed under staffed a little slow with getting my order, but seems like most fast foods have gotten slower.

Let?s be clear, This is about the location at 1001 south fwy. Ft. Worth TX. My husband went thru drive thru to order crescents... breakfast sandwiches. We?re told they were out. Husband stated ?Really?? (In disappointment) No reply. He said hello? In returnthe lady started screaming at him thru the intercom. Talking to him as tho he had no right to be treated as any other valuablecustomer. This is not the only time they have been out of an entire product by the way. Last time it was bacon! This locationhas gone to pots! Even the managements are so desperate for employees they don?t discipline their employees when theymisbehave. Why should they? Came through the drive through after my son's surgery and he wanted breakfast from Jack n the box. Got there and ordered, the... order taker was very short and rude when taking orders which was the first turn off because it's very unprofessional because youwork in customer service but then once we finished she not only told me to pull forward once but twice because I guess I didn'tmove quick enough for her. Once at the window, I handed the young woman my son's cashapp card that he wanted to use and shestarted handing out the beverages. She then opened the window and told me she ran the card 3xs and that it declined everytimeand showed me the card machine. I asked my son for his phone and noticed he never activated his card which was the issue. Oncethis was figured out I asked the woman for the card back so I xan activate the card and she rudley told me I needed needed giveher back the orange juices in exchange for my son's card. Who does this???? Why would I want to steal your orange juices and Ijust ordered 3 meals. I gave her an orange juice and I got the card, I activated the card and went to pay and noticed it is nowI'm guessing the shift manager in the window. She finished the payment, handed us the food, and asked if we had everything weneeded before we parted. Once I left the window something told me to check our food......my son's meal was wrong. We went backthrough the drive through and I told them politely that there had been a mistake and if we could just get the right order. Theytold us to pull forward. Back at the window the same woman told me i would have to pay a difference for the meal. I have noissue paying a difference but the issue here is I didn't order what they charged me for, they made the mistake rushing to get meto order in the 1st place. This morning I visited this location an I was appalled about what I received I ordered the meat lover burrito!. They mentioned... that they didn't have bacon I said fine the cook left to get change?
