BUNCH OF THIEVES..... double charged my account. Then began to argue that it was not possible. Showed the " manager " my account... and how it was double charged. She continued to argue with us about it stating that it was a glitch from our bank. Asked tospeak to her boss, she refused to contact him. We continued to tell her to contact him, and after about 10 min of arguing aboutcontacting him she finally did. He finally settled the situation and made her refund us our money. Read more
Normally I love coming to Jack in the Box but today, they completely dropped the ball. Everything we ordered was luke warm not a... single item was hot. Cold fries and cold onion rings was disappointing. At least the Coke was the right temperature. We will beback and hopefully, they'll be back to serving hot and delicious food. Bad customer service, they don't pay attention to customer's that dine in, they pay more attention to the drive-thru
