Neat place! Tried the mushroom and swiss burger, the fried green tomatoes, and the Bleu cheese and buffalo burger, the okra... fries, the sweet potato fries, and they had Big Red on the soda fountain. All of this was very tasty. The service was nice,the people were friendly. the atmosphere was very welcoming, especially the back patio. It\'s huge, and it\'s lovely when theweather is nice. We enjoyed our visit. We had the Fried Green Tomatoes appetizer...spicy and yummy! The teen had the Texas Toast Grilled Cheese... with onion rings and said it was good. Spouse had the Allie Mae & JD burger with fries and said his was good as well. I hadthe Jasie & Joe burgwe with sweet potato fries and got the added bonus of the excess caramelized onions from the spousesburger...awesome. The beef rasted great and the burgers were cooked perfectly. I had the Boozy Adult Float for \"dessert\"while the other two had Dot\'s Banana Pudding. They were a little disappointed but that doesn\'t mean it was bad; they\'re justspoiled by my homemade version (JD, maybe we should talk? :) ).\n\nOur servers were friendly and communicative and checked onand responded to us frequently. I finally made it out the other day to JD\'s Hamburgers in Westland (Fort Worth) and let me say I love this place! I ordered the... Irene and Jack Burger (bacon, blue cheese, and buffalo sauce) with fries. The bun was great?toasted on the outside and a nicesoftness on the inside). The combination of flavors with the patty also worked well. In addition to inside seating, there is areally cool outdoor dining area. The greatest part of the whole place though is the owner, Gigi Howell! Gigi is one of thenicest people you?ll ever meet. She loves what she does and also loves people. We are so happy we decided to try Jd?s. The food was delicious. Service and hospitality even better. I had the chicken sandwich... on a cheddar jalapeño bun. The sister sauce on the sandwich was delish. The onion rings were very good. The blackberry cobblerwith buttermilk ice cream was the ???? bomb! The owner is very present, opening doors, greeting people, walking people to thedoor like you would your family if you liked them (lol). We only knew she was the owner because we asked. She was every bit partof the team not just the leader. Everyone was so nice. Good hot, fresh, delicious and timely. Great back patio area with greatplans to come. We will be back! Read more
Great Service, and lots of options! Love the old school country vibe. Clean restrooms WITH Changing tables. Family oriented for... sure. The food is amazing and they offer good portions. Definitely a must visit eatery! Read more

I enjoyed the food and the service. This is a new place and they are still buttoning everything down. It was a little chilly... when we were there but they are installing a new heater for the outdoors that will be wonderful. This is going to be a greatplace to watch the game and have a tasty burger. I wish the meat to bun ratio was a little higher but the flavor is great. Read more
