Got on the JJ app at 3:58 PM. I got to the checkout and was surprised to find that my order needed to be picked up the next day.... Then I saw this location closes at 4 PM. Every day. REALLY? .2/14/22 I walked in and ordered. It took forever for them to make the sandwich. I understand that they were training but lunch... rush is not the time!!! I walk back to my job, sit down, open the sandwich and find a black hair. I'm blonde.... I will nevereat here !!! Read more
This is by far the worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude and obviously did not... want to help me. She seemed more interested in her phone than any thing else. The food was uneatable. I ordered the classic andit tasted spoiled like its been sitting for days. Its just not worth it. Very nice place to have lunch and study if you still have work to do. The staff is helpful and and polite.
Recently, this location has drastically cut back on the meat. See photo. Unfortunate. I used to order from this place twice a... week. Planet Sub delivers downtown with much better sandwiches. Read more
