My mother and I went here after having hand surgery today and we hadn't been before. Me having one arm and surgery on my only... hand had left me not doing so great but as soon as we walked in we're welcomed as if regular customer and we're immediately madeto feel very comfortable. All the employees were outgoing and helpful. The food was excellent and they catered to the the needsof myself by cutting my burger in a way that I could manage with a huge bandaged middle finger on my only hand and my mother soshe could eat it having problems with her mouth that takes a lot of good food off the menu. Thanks to Kinkaids and all theworkers there. You guys don't know the impact you have on some people when they really needed. I hope you all have fantasticlives and everything good comes to you. Good Ole fashion fresh ground beef burgers! The onion rings were amazing.
We loved this location it was my second time at their restaurant ever. The first location had me disappointed they way they made... my burger. But let me tell y'all I'm so glad I gave it another shot and wow they made my hamburger to perfection. The servicewas superv all the young folks in there working hard. First the place was clean, including the restrooms. Second the staff was nice and funny at times when ordering my food. The vibe... is chill. Third they offer local products like Best Maid and moon pies love that they support local businesses. Forth thesupport Military! I?m veteran and I love doing business with companies that acknowledges my service to my county. Most placesonly give a 10% but they give more. Now the food , oh my gosh the best cheeseburger ???? I have had in a long time and the friescooked to perfection. The onion rings perfect amount of batter and once again cooked to perfection. The whole environmentinvites you to come and make friends sit at a bench style restaurant absolutely in love with the food the atmosphere all of it a10 out of 10 if you are looking for a new experience head to Kincaid?s hamburgers.. Upon entering, I loved it! Very old-fashioned and reminded me of going to the burger places where my parents grew up. Everything... after that was just okay. The cashier was somewhat rude and impatient/short with everyone she encountered. Guess it wasn?t herday. I ordered the Cattleman burger and to say it looked nothing like the pic is an understatement. That pic is all juicy, bbqflowing down the sides, melted cheese, thick onion ring, I got none of that. Mine looked like a cracked out, dry McDonald?sburger. But the price isn?t bad so I guess that made up for it? The place was clean, so I did appreciate that. And I loved thedecor. It?s at least worth a visit. Read more
We went in and this was the worst experience we have ever had here. There were mostly teenagers working there all joking around,... being loud, arguing. We could hear all of their conversations. The food was mediocre and that?s being nice. I usually thinkKincaids is amazing but I would definitely go to the one on Camp Bowie and not this one. The employees seemed out out by usordering they weren?t even nice there was this attitude like ?ugh hurry up and order? there was not anyone behind us and theywere not busy. The girl that was putting the ketchup on the tables didn?t take that white paper out when she did which I thoughtwas odd. I've been going to Kincaid's since about 1966 when it was just Gentry(?) working one small grill in the back @ the original... location. They're still very good. Okra is great! I always wished they'd have used a better bun though - they always fallapart. Obviously, avoid the busiest times if possible. Read more
