This location is a cesspool. The employees are very rude and the lack of service is unacceptable. I ordered avocado toast. When... I received my order I noticed a hair on my food. I immediately notified an employee and they didn't even apologize. I requesteda manger and was issued a refund. I will never eat at this location again. Read more
It?s quality is usually good but it?s kind of inconsistent. We ordered the Croque Monsieur and the Chicken Friand. The Croque... was pretty scant but the Chicken Friand was really good. The coffee was wonderful and so were the pastries. So I would say, gofor the coffee and the pastries because they are a can?t miss. Read more

This used to be a favorite place for lunch or dinner- no more! Firstly, the employees were extremely unfriendly and seemed... disoriented when taking our order. Secondly, the food came out cold. Most concerning, the chicken was also lukewarm, begging thequestion if proper care is taken in regard to refrigeration. I come here often to buy bakery items for my elderly father and usually I can overlook the terrible service because the food is... pretty good. Today I got his usual bakery items and they were very stale. So ridiculous that they would sell stale bread totheir customers! It is equally ridiculous that the staff here is allowed to be so rude to their customers. I?m going to make areal effort to try and find a place who wants my business and has good bakery items. I give your place 4 stars for the food sale for the service, I believe the manager was the one who helped us and was very nice.... But they need to deep clean the place, in fact all the ?La Madeleine? cafes that I have been to need a deep cleaning?. Read more
