I have always really enjoyed this place. I go here often for lunch because it is near my office. Some of my favorite dishes are... the cowboy enchiladas with fajita steak. The brisket chile relleno is pretty amazing. I'm also pretty sure they make their chipsfresh and their salsa is delicious. They've been a little understaffed as of late but typically the service is very quick aswell. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area. Read more
Ordered the beef fajitas. Not seasoned at all. It was charred but had no taste. Enchiladas did not come with the sauce that was... requested. Also tasted bland. Server was indifferent. Will not be back Read more
Quick seating especially on Sunday post worship. Pleasant, serving staff. Our big table was efficiently served; delicious... guacamole, Cowboy Tacos and Cheese Enchiladas with Chili Con Carne. Read more

My girlfriend has been coming here for years with her family, so she took me for lunch. First off, this place is clean. Even... the HVAC registers don't have dust on them. Tables were spotless and so were the floors. So that's a great sign of good thingsto come. Our waitress was very friendly and prompt. I started off with a margarita on the rocks. It was on point. There wasactually tequila in it. Chips and salsa were plentiful and good. The food came and it was very good. Pretty large portions.I'll be coming back to try something different on the menu. This was my first here because a friend referred me and told me I should not have to wait too long for a table. So, I... discovered that he was totally right. My crew and I showed up very hungry right after church on Sunday, we walked in andgot a seat right away. I was also pleasantly surprised how the wait for the food was not long at all. The decor wasfestive, very clean, and the food was great. Our waitress was great, tending to the pack of us while we enjoyed each other. I loved the giant windows close to our table, and also the outside patio eating area looked like a pleasant place for a datein the future. La Playa Maya is just walking distance from Ridglea Theater which is a Live music venue in a restored 1947cinema with terrazzo floors & balcony stadium seating. Also next door to Sprouts Farmers Market and nearby TomThumb, Starbucks Coffee, and Champions School of Real Estate. I would recommend WITHOUT hesitation. Read more
If you're looking for delicious food, good portions, decent prices, prompt and friendly service, and margaritas with a taste of... alcohol in them: this is the spot.
