I?m very annoyed with the lack of communication. The email says we will receive an email when the order is ready and that we... would need a code to get the pizza from the hot box. My estimated time frame was 7:05-7:10. I arrived a few minutes early andwaited until 7. It was crazy packed. People were waiting in the building, outside, and in their cars. I went in and checked tosee if my name was on the board. I did this about every 10 mins because I hadn?t received an email. I finally went in around7:35 and asked about my order. She dug around the hot box behind the counter and found my pizza at the bottom then grabbed thewings from the back. Basically my pizza had been sitting in the hot box for idk how long. I would?ve given 1 star for wasting mytime, but the food is actually good. Not as fresh as it could?ve been had I gotten it when it was ready but it?s still good. Smh Read more

Wow, when you go somewhere with low expectations its hard to be disappointed. Well... they were able to do it. Ordered from the... hot and ready menu and got to wait over 20 mins for the food. Also, got the meat lovers that comes with bacon.... oh wait wefound 1 bacon bit on the entire pizza. Crust was doughy and undercooked. This is the lowest level pizza you can get and it's noteven cheap anymore. Add on the bad service and you have a disaster. They will not last long. Read more

A couple months ago I placed an order through the app and waited in store for about 20 min after my pickup time until my order... was ready. I didn?t think too much of it I though maybe they were having an off night. But I placed an order today got an emailand notification my order was ready at 5:01. Went in the store, nothing was in my portal like the system said. I walked out ofthe store at 5:33. Come to find out I was waiting for a classic pepperoni, which used to be ?hot n ready? and my other pizzajust sat out on the table not even in an oven warmer. I understand staffing shortages are effecting all businesses but the lackof time management is a little frustrating as a customer. Read more

I had to give it a star in order to write my review but otherwise, I?d give it a 0 star. The staff here is unresponsive, do not... answer the phone (ever), do not greet people when they come in and definitely have no work ethic. They are walking around withconfusion and have no clue what is going on. This has been going on for a few months now where I place an order online and cometo pick it up 30 minutes later (as stated) and my order (cheese pizza, crazy bread) had not even been started on. So I wait inline with ten other people who are going through the same issue for another hour. This used to not be like this some time ago (3years). They claim they?re short staffed. 6 months later this should not be a continuous problem. Management needs to change andget this place under operation again. Read more

Ordered pizza online today at 12:49pm. Pick up time was 1 pm. Went to pick the order and the store was closed. Charged my... husband's card for the order. Called customer service to get a refund and was told since it was a private location they need toinvestigate why they are closed and it would take 3 days for refund. Got an email at 5:00pm, 4 hours later that our order wasready. Called to see if they were open and it just rings. Drove to this location to see if any one was there so we could berefunded for our order because naturally went to a different location. Reading the reviews for the surrounding locations andhonestly this "BRAND" of a company is literally garbage! Every review In the past year have complained about customer serviceand the lack of management. How can a location be closed and still take orders? Got here @ 8:45pm all the employees are telling everyone they?re not accepting anymore orders. Y?all close at 9pm though ? Whole... staff is kids trying to close early. They turned so many paying customers away! SMH. Bad for business. 7/24/22 Read more

Very unprofessional staff. I literally saw the employee drop our pizza box to the ground and joke with one another over rather... to give it to me. I thought maybe they're just young adults being silly. Until I got home and saw this. Pretty messed up thingto do to someone patronizing your establishment. It doesn't have crust just burnt cheese.
