The lady at the counter was very rude. Everyone that was waiting was nice and patient. Anyone that about the pizza, her response... was, "as soon as I can get back there ", we could get our pick orders. Pretty sure we all understand being short handed, whichshe also made sure to tell everyone. Being flustered to the point you are rude makes it look like you can't handle it. Justun-called for. Worst business practices ever. For the second consecutive time they?ve taken my money for an online order without providing the... food. The most recent one the Manager on duty and associates decided to close the store early on a Friday night. Rolled up at8:45 PM they had the lights off and counting down the register. Knock on the window to ask for my order and they said theydidn?t have any online orders. Took almost 2 weeks to get Money credited back to my account. I had to make several phone callsand go up to the store to get refund. Contacted corporate two times with no response.Will never make the mistake of doingbusiness with any little Caesars store again. This particular franchise was fine, little ceasers though apparently recently went up on their basic pepperoni pizza, now no... longer even 6 dollars and change it's now 8 and change. Kinda losing the reason why you would choose lil ceasers. IMO Read more

I have been here twice in the last 2 weeks and have received stellar customer service. The pizza is also fantastic, I find that... most Little Caesars put very little sauce on their pizzas, however, this location balances sauce and cheese very well. Read more

This place used to be great. Now it is horrible. I ordered wings and the it was undercooked and smelled bad. MAJOR FOOD SAFETY... ISSUE. My pizzas were also undercooked. I ordered a 20 oz Pepsi and they gave me a 2 liter wild cherry pepsi.I also order a 20oz Sierra Mist and got a 2 liter instead. If I was the owner of the franchise I would fire everyone working today. I plan onlodging a complaint with the city about the undercooked food as that is a big problem. Having a busy day and needed to get something to eat, decided to get pizza. Walked in to Little Caesars and had a great... experience. I couldn?t decide on a pizza and then couldn?t decide on cheese or marinara sauce on the pretzel crust pizza.Vanessa was patient and offered to do half and half so that I could taste both. Took no time to get my pizza after she went backthere to make it herself. Vanessa thank you for the awesome customer service!!! Took pic but it doesn?t do justice to how goodthe pizza was????
