Overall great visit I ordered online and arrived a little early. I also had to add a drink.Tiffany the manager was such a... pleasure to interact with after gathering the kids and school traffic. My order was perfect and fresh. To top she included aside of brownies for the wait. And helped me by taking my order to the car. Top Notch customer care! Wish all locations had anasset like Tiffany. This place is an absolute mess. We live around the corner and should be able to run in and grab pizza quickly. I thought hot and... ready was the point for cheap pizza. Twice I?ve been in and nothing is made. One time my husband told the girl three times whatwe wanted and we still ended up with the wrong thing. Tonight I ordered at the counter and ran home quickly. When I returned myorder still wasn?t even started because there is lack of communication and the training here is obviously very poor. We willnever return and just continue to spend our pizza money at papa johns. Management needs to step in and fix these issues. Read more

Horrible! I?ve been getting pizza from here forever but recently my pizza that i?ve been getting have been horrible! Maybe it?s... new workers or something but they clearly do not take their time on these pizzas. Everytime I?ve bought one and tried to pick upa slide all of the cheese and sliding just melt off of the pizza. Super messy and not tasty.And not pleasing to look at. Read more

My daughter and I ordered a pizza at 7:35 P.M. on 6/22/22. We got the order completed status. My daughter, who is disabled... went in to grab it quickly. The lady there said it was almost done. I walked in 10 minutes later to my daughter almostblacking out. I got her to the car, but knowing she needed food ,I ran back in to get our order. The Lady said, "it's comingout right now". So I opted to wait. I stepped out to check on my daughter get her situated. I went back in and the Lady saidit's coming up. And told me to grab a soda for the inconvenience. 15 minutes later I got a pizza that my 5 year oldgrandchild could have done better. The crust wasn't even, in fact 1/2 the pizza didn't have crust. The cheese was uneven andit seemed raw. Upon returning home, my next door neighbor informed me they were closed last week for many health violations. Ican tell you we're not eating this. It looks unappetizing already with out knowing about the health code issues. To makematters worse my disabled daughter who suffers from P.O.T.S. had to be carried into the house because I was dumb enough totrust it was almost done. Home now tending to my daughter, finding something else to eat, angry, and wanting my moneyback. We are a good society, and hard working people in this community.....we deserve better and I for one am not going tosettle for this disturbing treatment of our community. I will never return. These people need to be trained better. Also, they got our order wrong and gave us stuffed crazy bread instead of the original... crazy bread. I?ve been to a lot of little ceasers , this one is ridiculous. I?ve never had pizza that looked like this beforelol Read more

Not the first time our pizza has been bad from this location. I get that it's cheap pizza, but it could look way better.

We just placed an order through the app and chose delivery. Along with it being 30 minutes late, which is fine. Stuff happens,... but the order is wrong and half of the wrong order looks like 3 day old pizza. The number to the store doesn?t work and the 800number puts you on hold for an hour. Lesson learned? So my family and I gave this location another try since we noticed they had new faces. We walked right in to order. Our ordered... was taking within 5 mins which is why I gave them a star. Also the cashier was very friendly and welcoming. A younger girl. Themanager seemed stressed and was yelling at the cashier asking her to take orders, get food then jump back and take more orders.I was told after I paid 10 mins wait. We were told we could go wait in our car. I waited in my car for 15 mins because foodwasn't ready after 10 mins. I saw many people going in waiting on food and receiving food. My, son and I waited another 30 minsbecause our food wasn't ready. The manager didn't even recognize us and she was out front when we placed our order. (2 pepperoniclassics a cheese classic and a 2 liter and 2 orders of wings bbq and garlic parmesan. ) She looked at us and said have you beenhelped. 3 customers came in after us and we're helped one customer was even offered free wings. They came in after us. I wasthere now a whole 45 mins + waiting on my order. No sorry about the wait... Nothing. No bag for our wings. I was just reallytired and ready to go. The service was not good. I ordered simple foods that were hot and ready items. They weren't hot andready. The pizzas were sitting on the counter because they were waiting for my wings to finish. Someone forgot that I orderedwings and the manager asked the cashier to go make them as she was ringing up customers. The cashier made me wings to completemy order. I couldn't get Pepsi for my 2 liter because I was told they were out. The customer the manager was ringing up askedabout it. She was so frustrated ran to the back and grabbed 2 hot bottles. The Cooler wasn't stocked. The manager was not readyfor the evening rush. This location needs new managers to help teach speed of service and customer service greetings. This isnot okay. Read more
