This place has gotten worse and worse. The manager has bruises and track marks all over all her arms from shooting up. She wears... long sleeves to hide all of the bruises but I went in to order and she had her sleeves up and noticed it. How can she be inthere making pizzas with no gloves and shooting up dope. The wait time for a order is double. If you order online,don?t orderafter 8:30pm because you may not get your order because they close early all of the time. lowering the stars today yesterday night was the worst pizza ever. It was supposed to be the ((old world fanceroni )) I paid... extra for a pizza that was the size of Dominoes small pizza just ridiculous . It was Supposed to have extra extra pepperoni Ithad less the a normal pizza and it had less cheese then there $6 pizzas.It also was burnt the after taste was yucky . LittleCaesers has good tasting ingredients for there pizzas , but the lack of how the employees made this pizza is just terrible ,rate it a 1 star , Another issue I had was they don't answer the phone .my online app was not working that day so I tried toorder by phone no answer I ended up waiting in a long line and having to wait on my pizza for 20mins . I ordered online a stuffed crust. When I got there they didn?t have the cheese for the crust. They didn?t know how to refund my... money. Instead they were trying to give me a simple Pepperoni pizza that is worth $6.50. Made no sense. Why would I pay $12 toreceive something for half the value and then they couldn?t refund me. Placed an order online and arrive to pick it up 25 minutes later. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the... counter, I'm told it will be another 10-15 minutes because they just put it in. I decided to cancel the order at that point andleave. Then I receive a call telling me that they can't cancel the order or refund the money. I have to go back to the storetomorrow morning and speak with a manager. Read more

The pizza it?s actually not bad at all, it?s increased in quality as the pizza huts in the are have gone down. What makes this... establishment get such bad ratings it?s the wait time. More specifically it seems to be understaffing and being badly managed.The few works themselves do the best they can but with always so many people waiting you will wait 45min-1hr, during which timeno one it at the front letting the line get longer. When 1 order is done, they?ll come to the front and take 3 other orders. Youcan see how this can quickly turn into a never ending queue. The reason this is frustrating it?s not because they get busy, thathappens every, the problem here is that this started 18-24 ago and has been this way all day every day. Very bad service!!!! At about 3-4 times that I have gone orders are not ready AT ALL- after my notification says Pizza is ready... I get there and I'm told I still have to wait another hour because they have not prepared it yet and still have other ordersahead of me. They said they have no employees and that there is only one person in charge in the front a bunch of excuses. Show up just a few min after 8 so I expected to wait as the hot n ready pizzas aren't available then. Didn't expect to wait an... hour!! The owners here need to pay their employees more so they will show up. If not they will continue to be short staffed andgo out of business bc as for a few others in the store tonight, and I will not return. Not worth the wait. Read more
