They need to either get proper trainers to teach employees how to use the drive through Speaker and headset or how to tell... time. Bc i expect to be able to get food when the hours of operation state they are open Read more
Order on the receipt correct however. Starting off the child that brought me my food was very rude and quiet. I told him the... Frappe was wrong and he shoved it into my car with the bag of food. I have a fractured arm and cannot grab two things at onceand asked him to slow down and thanked him for already not listening to my complaints. He further pushed the soda into my facewhile attempting to manage the bag and incorrect Frappe into my face and lap. Upon getting home. I received the wrong ChickenSandwich as well as onions on the Mcdouble... this restaurant continually messes up their orders. I received a Frappe with whipcream and drizzle and NO added espresso shot and it tastes like a chocolate shake with NO coffee taste at all, and extremelywatered down Coke, a regular chicken sandwich not deluxe not spicy, onions on the mcdouble and enough ketchup to whipe off anduse for fries. So in 2 of my items I received lesser items or ripped off on add cost addons with rude service and disgustingattitude. Read more
This McDonald's always make their food well made and although sometimes the drive-thru is long this McDonald's is still great... and they do have a play place just so you know and sometimes the chicken nuggets are a little bit greasy which is kinda badwhich can cause an tummy ache so I recommend going if you want due to too well made food from McDonald's. I don?t like writing reviews, but the customer service here was so bad on June 1st, 2022 at around 9 PM. that I had to write... this review. I ordered a big order because I have a big family, and they forget 3 of my meals. So I am already frustrated, so Icome back to wait in line for 20 minutes. When I get to the front and start explaining to them my situation, they kept askingwho did I speak with? At this point I?m upset. Exactly how would I know who I was speaking with, I don?t care who the person is,just bring me my food. Back to the story. I kept telling them how would I know, so the manager here kept telling me I will needto pay for it again. At this point I had no choice but to act like a Karen. With more discussion, they came to a reasoning tonot charge me(as they should) extra. As I received my food, the manager said ?I?m sorry about all that, here you go.? As I droveoff, she muffled ?no I?m not? (as in saying I?m not sorry)and started laughing with the workers. This really irked me to mycore, just because they forgot half of my order. If this were them, they would feel the same way. I know this is a review for aMcDonald?s and won?t really matter just because no one cares. But I hope management can do something about this, because I mustsay. They have some very rude, and uneducated workers. Read more
Extremely Slow Drive-through First the lady at the window told us to pull into the #2 parking space just for our order to be... forgotten. Then in took 30 minutes for a 10 piece nugget and soggy fries.. And here?s the kicker when I finally got home I openmy nuggets and there?s only 7 in there. I am so tired of the people taking orders outside. I WANT TO SEE THE MENU!! and your parking lot is a nightmare, the people... outside taking orders don't walk with the line as it moves and it causes even more problems than the nightmare parking lot andthe fact that no one gets to order from the menu anymore.
