This morning I went and ask for a number 7 they forgot my hash brown rushing me out the line never asked do you need ketchup I... understand speed but quality service plays a big part slow down and say Goodmorning can I get you any sauce that would make myday. Arrived this Sunday morning for breakfast, drive-thru line was pretty long so we decided to park and order inside to go inside.... We tried the main door, closed. We tried the side door, also close. This all during their business hours as stated on theirdoor. However there were people inside dining. As one person exited, she held the door to let us in. We ordered and weren?t toldanything. We noticed a family walking in, so we decided to open the door for them as well. The manager than proceeded to yell atthem that the lobby was closed and then yelled at us for opening the door. She explained that they were short staffed and Icompletely understand that? but when you decided to further speak Spanish, stupidly assuming I don?t understand, that?sunnecessary. It doesn?t take long years of management experience to put up a piece of paper on your door saying ?LOBBY CLOSED.DRIVE-THRU ONLY?. I guarantee it?ll save you mess and a complaint. Again, I understand you?re busy, but my issue began when inSpanish you stated ?I don?t know why they keep opening the door. Every aspect of the visit was weird. The drive through speaker volume is set on whisper. The points reward system is a mystery... to every McDonald's ive ever been to so can't fault the guy at the pay window. Everything about our order was slightly off. Lol.Kinda like they were messing with us. The quarter pounder had bacon on it. We got an extra Big Mac and instead of the order of10 nuggets, we got the 20. So... not mad about the extra lukewarm food, just... everything was slightly off. Smh. 4 stars, Iguess? Read more

This is disgusting this bite did NOT come from me! I pulled it out and this is what I got! Yall are gross! Walked in there to... talk to someone, told them and said they don't do that, defending themselves. Regardless if yall did or not... that's not thepoint! it made me uncomfortable. Just apologize and solve the problem shheeeeesh! First and last time here. They acted like iwas a karen. This location is close to work so I stop by often. The morning crew is great. Iced Hazelnut Lattes are perfect every time! The... evening crew, however, never gets my order right and the food always tastes old. Read more
I waited about 20 minutes in line before placing my order. I go to the first window, pay for my food and I ask for a receipt... which they say Ill have to get it at the second window. I pull up to the 2nd window and Im told to go to a numbered parking spotto wait for my order. I waited at least 10 minutes in that spot before someone comes out with what looks like my food. He asksme if I had a spicy mcchicken and I said it shouldnt be spicy. He then takes the entire order back inside. I wait about another30 minutes to find out that my order got thrown away and Ill have to come inside to talk to a manager. At this point, itsraining outside and I have 3 small kids that I have to get out in the rain which defeats the purpose of going through the drivethru. I go inside and the manager, Ashley, is rude, not apologetic, and does not offer anything to try and make it better. Ifinally received my food over an hour after my order was placed. I ask for a store managers name and number and she refused togive it to me. She stated that she is the only manager and that she works open to close 7 days a week. Terrible customerservice. This is totally unacceptable. My 3 kids did not deserve this terrible experience and extremely long wait(an hour and ahalf) for ?fast food?. Read more
