It's better than most McDonald's. Lobby was clean, a few tables were dirty but overall the dinning area was clean. Food was hot... and only took 4 minutes from the time I ordered to receive my breakfast. Friendly service from the 3 employees that greeted me. Read more
Had an awesome experience at McDonald's today. Only 7 people called in sick, and yet... The restaurant was still going and... getting everyone their orders with a smile. Female emo employee gave a pregnant customer who at the time had a small child in her arms her order 3 happy meals n 3 juices... walked away without bagging the orderthe customer had to ask for a bag the same employee went back and laid the bag on top ofthe order never acknowledged the customer or offered to help her.she had to be helped by other customers including myself. This McDonald?s is Okay. It?s either they make it to perfection (weekday Morning and Afternoon Crew), or they mess your order up... (weekday evening night crew and weekend crew all together). The customer service is neutral, there can definitely beimprovement. I can say also, that going in to order is better than the drive through, because you?re watching them prepare yourorder and it?s less likely that they will mess it up. We came in to have coffee this morning because we always come here with our constructions crew and buy at least $100 worth of... food and the dinning room was full so we sat in the play area to have our senior coffee and the manager came in and kick us outand was rude too and we told her that the dinning area is full but she didn?t care. This will be my last day at McDonald?s Iwill never come here or bring my crew with me again. At Whataburger next door they treat us with respect so I will be aWhataburger customer from now on. My mocha frappe was excellent I had them put one shot of espresso in its and it was wonderful. Their service was quick, the... only thing wrong was I ordered my double cheeseburger with extra onion pieces and they ended up putting NONE . It was good Ijust think it would have been way better if it would have had the onions . Just saying! Read more
This location always does a good job. Would love to see the value menu go back to the dollar menu of years past.
