These people was so rude, when I asked him what his name was she said she didn?t know his name and he wouldn?t give me his name.... In the end they didn?t have what I ordered and I just ask for my money back. The crew at this location is horrible and I wantever go back. ZERO STARS!!!! I came here and ordered 2 quarter pounders and when I got home they were RAW! I'm not exaggerating! They weren't... just a little pink in the middle, they were literally raw! So we drove RIGHT BACK to the store and the drive through tellerrecognized us so we asked for the manager. The "manager" REFUSED to give our money back and was trying to remake our foodbecause we didn't bring the receipt with us! I dont care about the money! Very satisfying visit this morning. I completely messed up my order and an employee actually caught it and corrected it without... hesitation. The manager caught the price difference and promptly gave me a refund of the difference. Usually you hear horrorstories of fast food but here is a positive one. Good job whoever you are! Few of the younger girls working here are real slow and get lost easily. Either not properly trained or they just procrastinate... too much. Had an order for CURBSIDE and they kept it inside for a while i had to go in, they thought it was funny i wasted mytime outside waiting ???? everyone else is good here. Read more
So today I came to buy some food for my daughters got a happy meal n big mac paid with a $100 dollar bill I didn't pay attention... to the change I was given till I got home n looked at my receipt n it said I payed with $50. I went back to the store spoke withan employee she asked me if it was thru the drive thru i said yes she goes to the back I was told she was counting the cashdrawer from the back... minutes later comes back and says that there aren't any extra 50 dollars in the drawer I said of coursewho ever was back there must of taking it... she said that she was sorry that this happened and for me to come back tomorrow andtalk to the manager. Needed a last minute birthday cake for my kids McDonald?s themed birthday. I?ve called 12 different stores trying to find one.... The manager at this location was so sweet and is helping me make my kids dream come true! As silly as it sounds they reallywanted the TikTok McDonald?s cake to go with their McDonald?s themed party. Instead of telling me no or that they?re out thismanager is ordering one in for us. EVEN THOUGH ITS SUPER LAST MINUTE. The party is 3 days away and this manager is making magicfor us???? Still get the 1 star from 4yrs ago. When you order and pay for 4 lrg smoothies and get 4 lrg cups with about a quarter missing... from all of em.
