The lines move pretty fast here. I ordered 2 caramel frappe's and had to repeat that order more than 4 times.
This location are getting worse and worse, take me about an hour for picked up my mobile order, 30 minutes in drive through line... and another 30 minutes for waiting at the window number 2 so they can gave out the order to the person behind me even I alreadyorder an hour before that. If you enjoy mediocre food, and terrible customer service then you will love this location! The manager was put out that I... ordered at the counter instead of the kiosk. No thank you, no polite welcoming demeanor. Basically a what do you want attitude.Ice machine was out of ice. The upholstery on several of the chairs and booths was peeling. No employee seemed really motivatedto want to do anything. Unless that is joking, laugjing and talking loudly from the kitchen which you can hear through theentire restraunt. Overall not impressed. The night staff run around in there like a bunch of children laughing and joking. I watched a group of them standing around... watching videos on one employees phone on one of the busiest nights when the adult happy meals came out & the lines were wrappedaround? I could see employees eating/drinking while they are making the food, no gloves, no hand washing? The employees don?tuse lids/straws on their cups so I don?t appreciate watching someone indulge in their drink back splashing their germs into myfood same time they?re loading my fries into the box. Smh. There was a whole kitchen full of employees and only ONE EMPLOYEEdoing his best to basically get it all made and out by himself?? SO UNACCEPTABLE!! WHO IS MANAGING THIS DUMP?! DO BETTER!!!! Less than one star is definitely deserved. I ordered breakfast on the mobile app. Not only was i waiting in the parking lot at... the mobile order pickup but my food was completely wrong. On the receipt of my sandwich (which is stuck to the wrapper on mysandwich) it shows egg mcmuffin extra American cheese no Canadian bacon. They made the sandwich with no cheese at all and doublethe Canadian bacon. Which doesn't seem to be a mistake. Not only will I not be back to eat here ever again but they can keep mymoney cause I never wanna deal with these people ever again. Read more
I have been to this McDonald's 3 times, the first time they kept having issues taking my orders, apparently McDonald's has never... had family fries and they didn't know how to take a payment with the credit card machine. I asked for a manager and instead ofapologizing, she started making non-sense excuses for the employees. Didn't even empathize once or said I'm sorry. Second time Ivisited it was okay. Third time guy was taking order on a rush, didn't ask what type of sauce I wanted for the 3 orders ofchicken nuggets and the window employee missed a burger, I had to unpack everything and prove to her it wasn't there, it made amess in my truck.
