The outside area of this place is disgusting, constantly. I get that it?s hot outside, but leaving melted froyo on the ground... (it?s been there over 3 days) is the exact reason there are also giant cockroaches outside. Can?t imagine what the back of thestore looks like ????????. The best frozen yogurt shop. I've tried many but they always seem more watery. This is the creamiest froyo! I also like that... they let you sample whatever you want, they have little cups set out for you to help yourself. Other shops keep them behind thecounter so you have to go ask for them. It was delicious as always. Place was clean and not busy. It seemed to have a little shortage on flavors and there were no... waffle bowls. We will be back to see what's new. Normally the flavors change, maybe we just got there on an off day. Read more

So I?m not one to do this but this is ridiculous guys. Your crew members are the worst for this job as they continuously close... early. What?s sad is you said you?ll address the issue immediately to previous customers who wrote reviews about the same thingbut this time your crew members closed at 8:25, even earlier. They didn?t care to apologize or anything for leaving the opensign on or even come let people know that they?ve decided their gonna close an hour before closing time. Honestly actuallymanage the place. Hire real customer service reps. Lastly, don?t respond with action items unless you?re actually going to dosomething. Great way of doing business! Read more

First time here, usually we go to Orange Leaf in Lake Worth. I have it 1 star because it was clean and they did offer a napkin... holder with gloves, but how many people/children are trying to get a glove out of that napkin holder. There weren?t very manyoptions for yogurt. The toppings were prepackaged, such that I had to buy 5 brownies instead of 2 that I would normally get, aswell as having to pay for way too much that I didn?t want. I got pure chocolate and it tasted like old ice cream that had beenleft in the freezer, the other flavors ice cream sandwich and fudge chocolate or something was called gross by my children. Iwould not recommend this place. Orange Leaf is sanitary, as they serve you exactly why and how much you want. They are alsovery personable. Read more
