Haven't been here in awhile and that's a huge mistake. I love that they have dairy free cheese and no name cakes are a must.... Jacob and staff were all amazing. Super friendly staff that all seem to enjoy working there. They were busy but they movepeople through quickly. Dining room is clean, food is great, so many options. 4 of us, we had poor experience. We were the only customers when got in, there were 4-5 employees inside and a person I thought... might be the manager. It looked like they were in the middle of a training session but there were a lot of chatting. It tookseveral minutes before one of them decided to notice us. The order took very slow and while waiting I noticed wrong dough wasprepared for my order and warned the girl behind the counter. She replied and said it was not my order. I thought it was mymistake until same girl delivered it to me when cooked! They are all very slow, and manager I assumed did not care we werewaiting discussing, not happy etc etc. Our expectation for the pizza is high and those were far from it. Anyways. We will notgo back. Visited a few weeks back and enjoyed the experience. Lots of different toppings, sauces, drizzles, etc; including a... keto-friendly crust and some designed menu items to make the selections easier. I had to go back for my pesto topping which gotmissed, but overall a good experience. We look forward to trying it again. Read more
Pizza was ok. The crust was too crispy felt like I was eating cheese and tomato on a biscuit. Service wasn?t great either. An upgrade to the styling of Pie Five Pizza with more of a family restaurant but without the wait staffs. The menu was well... organized and simple. The staffs were nice and greeted us as we step up to order. The salad was plentiful for two people. Weorder the bigger portion pizza and it was big enough for two people to lightly share. Nothing special about the pizza, crispyand thin crust - nicely done. The margarita pizza was surprisingly good for just veggies only. Overall great place to sit downfor pizza with the family. Prepare to stand in line for a ridiculous amount of time. Does not seem understaffed, but everyone working has no sense of... urgency. They prioritize online orders meanwhile the line grows and they will go long periods of time before helping people online. Multiple people just end up leaving. Although they have gluten free crust they do not change gloves or anything (dependshow busy and who is working that station). Cross contact is always a risk at places that prep to request but too many employeestreat this just as a selection not a dietary restriction. Read more
