Rude staff. Listen to all of the bad reviews, not sure how they still have their jobs and I regret leaving a tip
Entered here a young lady was waiting told me she had been waiting and ended up leaving empty ended. I continued to wait... another young lady entered and was waiting and asked me if I was next told her I was waiting. She waited and wondered where wasevery body becuase you could hear several voices in the background of women laughing and conversation personal discussions. The young lady was tired of waiting grabbed a to go bottle from the outside fridge and left. I continued to wait only because Iwas not in a rush but the wait time was more than ten minutes there while the establishment was empty no person being serviced.The ones who did come in left after not being helped after waiting for more than five minutes. Three female employees twoCaucasian and one hispanic come to the front laughing and still talking loud and finally the hispanic lady took my order. Icompletely agree on the bad service from other reviews on here from these three young ladies. No acknowledgement no apology forthe wait time no greeting nothing. Seemed as if they are not wanting to be there at work they act as if they are at homelounging around. Too many bad reviews to not understand what's going om with this establishment no structure whatsoever. Read more
Product is great but the girls that worked there about a month ago (haven't been back because of them) are rude and seem very... unhappy. I asked a few patrons of a local gym if they went there and they said no because the same employees I mentioned arevery unpleasant. Read more

I?ve been here before and have always enjoyed the smoothies and bowls, yesterday I came in and the wait was a bit longer than... usual. As I was on my way home I had swallowed something that seemed a little off.. I assumed it was maybe just some ice, thenafter another sip I felt something in my mouth again. I spit it out and it was ground up plastic shards and chunks :( I wentback and was able to speak with a manager over the phone and was refunded. They offered to re make everything which was kind butI was pretty grossed out honestly. Anyway, I used to really love this place, just be extra cautious when getting the cold brewprotein smoothie, and make sure they didn?t miss a cap in the blender.. Read more
Hours are till 8 pm but I tried to go in last night which was Sunday at 7:50 and the doors were locked and I could see a young... lady walking around with a clipboard and a group of 4 teenage or young 30?s boys chillin in the lobby area. I waited outsidetill about 8:15 and the boys were still just hanging inside they didn?t have any drinks or açaí bowls literally just hangingout. Read more
