I went to the café, hoping it would be better than my last visit. The old zodiac room at the Ridgmar Mall location was always a... delight. This place is not at all similar. We went in at 11:30 and were told the only area to sit, was in the bar so we took ahigh table. We waited 15 minutes before the server greeted us with glasses of water and told us he would be back with menus. 15 minutes later he appeared with menus and we placed our order. Neither broth nor popovers were given to us. Finally, the foodcame. We had to eat without napkins or silverware, which we repeatedly asked for. Finally, he brought us silverware and napkinsafter the meal was over and delivered broth without a saucer and cold popovers. At this point, we were finished and ready to getout of there. He apologized for the poor service, blaming it on a busy restaurant and asked us to please come back and he woulddo better. This was a ridiculous meal that cost $100 and I honestly will never go back. I am sad the classy Zodiac room is deadin Fort Worth. Don’t waste your time on money. Read more

We were at Nieman Marcus checking out perfumes and fragrances with my husband and decided to get coffee to go. The reception at... the restaurant was awful! The servers were looking at us like we didn't deserve to be in there.I was just taken aback! You needto do better!!! They definitely achieved their goal for the day-we did not feel welcome! This past Saturday we held a wedding luncheon for the ladies of the bride and groom’s families. We had 9 adults and 2... children. Naomi was wonderful to work with in preparation for this special time. She is gracious and efficient in everythingwe needed to do to prepare. Our server was Val who did an exceptional job in making sure all of our needs were met. The food(we ordered individually) was outstanding from the broth and popovers to the yummy desserts! I highly recommend the NM cafe foryour luncheon gatherings! Read more

Our brunch experience was a very delightful experience. Immediately, they greet your table with a bread assortment basket. You... get to choose any and all you want. My recommendation... go for the scones! They are homemade and deserved to be enjoyed withtheir fresh brewed coffee. They serve two different types of coffee daily. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with either. Justchoose toward your taste pallet Read more

We visited the Cafe for a birthday high tea. I was disappointed with the food. $35 per person to start. The sandwiches were dry,... like they had been sitting out uncovered. The cranberry scones were good. Read more

One of my favorite places to eat lunch with friends or family. Hosted a small baby shower here yesterday and the atmosphere,... service and good were all Great! Our waiter was attentive and was accommodating. I will definitely be coming back soon. It wasnot as noisy as before. It is my understanding the management had made recent improvements to help with that. The pop overs andchicken broth are amazing!!! Read more

worst experience EVER. NEVER go here. Both mine and my partners meals came out completely wrong. She order a soup and got the... wrong one. I ordered a sandwich and they didn't make the modifications I asked for (which was no mayo and no avocado). Took itback and the second time it came out it didn't have to mayo (yay!) but still had avocado. The third time it came out it wasfinally correct (mostly), I asked for mustard but that never came. Each glass of Merlot was $16. I asked for a salad as a sideinstead of chips, but I got chips. Which were supposed to be BBQ but tasted SO BLAND. I don't know how BBQ chips can have noflavor. Their strawberry butter for their bread was also bland. It ended up being a $100 meal and it was only worth about $30. Read more

I've loved this place since I was a little girl, growing up in Fort Worth. When I was recently back in town for my wedding, I... had both my bridal shower and bridal luncheon at the Zodiac. Always the best service and food. I think I actually love theZodiac more than I love Neiman's itself... And those popovers! Yum! Read more
