We ordered take out through Uber eats. Chicken Alfredo was good and the meatballs were fabulous. But the pizza was definitely a... miss. It was the consistency of a chip. It was incredibly crunchy, no flex at all to the pizza. I know margarita pizza doesn'thave a ton of toppings, but there were a lot of spots where it was straight up bread and nothing else. The cheese was like supermelted too, if that makes sense. It didn't taste bad, just not worth the money. But their meatballs we're probably some of thebest I've had. So there is that Read more

You don’t go to this place only to be fed, you go to be impressed! Freshest high quality ingredients, the dough is good and... fresh, and service is pretty good. I never liked Pizza, but this place made me realize that I never ate a real Pizza, this isnot like anything I ever tried, it’s authentic, fresh, and it made me realize that I really do love Pizza. We tried a coupleof things, everything was good, but the Margarita Regina, the Snow White Pizza, and the Tomato Pesto bread appetizer are out ofthis world. Read more

I delayed going here for a month after hearing great news about Olivella’s Pizza and Wine. Came in with high expectations and... they delivered! The pizza was better than expected. My friend and I shared The Dream Neapolitan style. It was a well balancedpizza, toppings wasn’t overwhelming, works well together, I could taste all of the flavors! The crust was crispy, light, andnot greasy at all. The atmosphere was authentic and relaxing. Simple and modest. Big storefront allowed plenty of naturallight. Friendly and inviting people behind the counter and kitchen. David was great, enjoyed his service andenthusiasm. Looking forward to return with friends. Read more

So. Freaking. Amazing. Everything, from the starters to the pizza to the dessert was fantastic. We went with a half and half... Black Truffle and Margarita pizza. Both were amazing. They had such wonderful depths of flavor. The sauce on the Margarita sidewas delectable. We will be returning! Read more

I'm not sure where the picture was taken for the main page of this restaurant, but when we visited there were four tables in a... small room with a counter and a kitchen in back. I didn't see any other doors for any other rooms. So I'm confused ... Theservice is top notch, the pizza is really good. And they have an extremely large selection of wines available for purchase withyour meal. Very clean place and the owner is very nice. We will definitely be back, however we're going to be taking advantageof the two for one Roman style pizzas for takeout, from their opening until 5:00 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, I think. Moved to the Weatherford area a year ago. It's been a year of Papa John's and meh Italian trying to find a legit Italian joint... to satisfy our high expectation cravings. Saw the annual pizza ranking competition going on and decided to give Olivella's atry. OMG...are we glad we did! Tried the Burata salad- clean, fresh pesto over fresh burata with peppery arugula. Delicious! Also had an app order of meatballs. Tender, flavorful al forno with a homemade rustic marinara. Again, home run. We had a MetroRustica and Margherita. Literally the best pizza I've ever eaten. Perfect Neopalitan style pie. The crust was flavorful andperfectly thin without being overworked. The fresh mozzarella was placed directly on the crust and sauce was lightly placed ontop of the cheese with the toppings. The result was a perfectly cooked, non-soggy pizza with the appropriate amount oftoppings. It seems a lot of reviewers want gluttonous amounts of toppings- that would only detract from the quality of workhere (go to Pizza Hut if that's what you're looking for)...FYI, they have a crazy BOGO from 3-5 pm on their Metro Pizzas! Wefinished with their housemade Tiramisu. First off, I'm not a Tiramisu fan. Well, I wasn't before trying Olivella's! Superflavorful without being overt, non-soggy without being dry. Just the right size to finish a meal. Given the opportunity, Icould've eaten a piece as big as my head! Not knowing what to expect going in, I was surprised to see how small and quaint theplace was. But after glancing around, it was very quick & easy to see the quality of work that was taking place here. Plus thesmell alone was enough to drive you nuts...in a good way. We were greeted by the manager, who took the time to explain thenuances of their food & wine and how the little Camp Bowie store came to be. Both he and his other server were extremelypersonable and attentive to my wife and I the entire meal. We didn't lack for anything. To top it off, the price was completely Read more

Oh. Em. Gee. Where has this place been all my life?! Probably the closest I've had to authentic Italian pizza. We ordered the... classic pepperoni pizza, the veggie pizza, and the margherita pizza. All of it was gone. So so good. We dined in and it was veryintimate seating as there is only 4 tables inside. Music and decor really set the vibes. I could totally imagine having a nicedate night at this place. I will definitely come back again for more! Read more
