I love Outback Steakhouse. I almost always order the Queen Victoria Filet. They offer 6 or 8 oz. filets. With the filet, I get... the baked potato all the way. I absolutely always get the house salad with honey mustard dressing. It has lettuce, cucumbers,cherry tomatoes, purple onion, croutons, and grated cheese. I don't know how such a simple salad can be so good. The Victoria'sfilet is amazing. Somehow they always cook it as requested and perfect. This last time was no exception. Sometimes I get alobster tail or shrimp on the barbie with it and that is always good too. I have also tried the Queensland chicken and shrimp(comes with pasta), the hamburger and the signature Bloomin' onion. The pasta and burger are amazing. I'm not a big fan of theBloomin' onion, but I know people that seem to like it a lot. My mom is crazy for Outback too. We agree that the filet and saladare great. She really likes the coconut shrimp. I don't really care for it, but only because I don't like shredded coconut. Ifyou are wondering if the Chocolate Thunder Down Under is any good, stop wondering. It is fantastic! This last time I went Itried a new desert, since it was my birthday. It's called Thunder and Lightning. It is actually two deserts in one, and theprice reflects that. It is the Chocolate Thunder Down Under plus butter cake, strawberries whip cream and ice cream. That is thepicture I posted with the review. It was so crazy-good! I couldn't finish it, so I brought it home. The location i went to wason Bryant Irvin Rd in Fort Worth, but I've been to a few and they are all consistently good. It is a pricey place to eat, for meanyway. I don't get to go often, maybe a few times a year, but it is so worth it! Read more
Update: Added 2 Stars for great customer service. They reached out to the Mr. and asked if this review was for his order.... Whomever he spoke with apologized and took care of this to his satisfaction. We appreciate it and will give this locationanother shot. Original Review: This gets 2 stars for portion size. The pictures say enough about the old grease they used foreverything. If it weren?t for the old grease, the Shrimp and Blooming Onions could?ve been good. The wings? no ma?am. Too muchsalt. We went for our 11 year anniversary. Jamie was our waitress and did absolutely amazing! Couldn't have asked for... better/faster/friendlier service. Our food was made perfect and tasted amazing. Jamie was so nice and even got us a dessert forour anniversary. Totally deserved 5 stars. Read more
My first time there and over all the food was good. I was a bit disappointed with the Bloomin Onion being a bit small when... compared to those around who ordered the same. Also, we made reservations and still had a long wait, I guess no point reserving a table when you still have to wait awhile for your table. Read more
First time bringing the family here. Was Pleasantly surprised at not only the quality and taste of the food but the price as... well. We have been to any number of steak houses, they were much higher priced, and few were any better than what I was servedhere. We all got the steak and lobster. I got mine medium rare and it was spot on and tasted wonderful. The bread was good andour server, Jessica was a blessing. With my wife's allergies being bad and always an issue it is always a blessing when we getsomeone who is sympathetic to her issues and willing to help. She brought out anything in question and allowed us to look at theingredients and decide for ourselves and that was much appreciated. Will definitely be back! Read more
I had a delicious ribeye delivered to the hotel in staying in. It was cooked to the perfect temperature and was still hot! Well... done to your team and passion for great steaks!
