For months I've gone to this Panda. For weeks now it completely sucks. Its always had long wait times, but now it takes a few... minutes for anyone to acknowledge I'm even there to order. 9 out of ten times they say it will be an hour or longer before themenu is available. The management is either clueless or they are way understaffed, or they all hate working. Just pathetic. Read more
I've put off leaving this review for so long because I kept giving this location the benefit of the doubt, but something is... obviously very wrong. Everytime I come, something is wrong. It's either the card machine's down, their out of product, or lackof staff. The quality of the food is decent but there's been so many issues that it no longer feels worth it to come anymore. Ifeel like it may be a management issue. Hope they get the issues fixed because this is too prime of a location to have so manyproblems. Read more
This location is constantly out of food, the drive-thru takes a minimum of 15 minutes regardless of the number of cars in line,... when we asked for sauce at the order window, we were told to ask at the payment window because they would forget....THEN THEYFORGOT THE SAUCES ANYWAYS. I have even removed myself from the drive thru line just to go inside (hoping for a more efficientexperience) and I literally watched a staff member physically mix up my order with another's for no apparent reason.
