Food was great!! (Albeit the options were slightly limited as some dishes were kinda empty) But, not surprising considering we... came in probably right after lunch rush! Came through drive through & ordered two bowls with chow mien & orange chicken, and literally only got a whole lot of orange... chicken and not any chow mein like seriously could?ve just ordered a bowl of orange chicken lol. Went inside & asked if we couldget more of the chow mein & manager said no that?s the right portion. She then proceeded to say she?s been doing this for 10years but no one asked nor cares how long you?ve been doing this, you would think if you are doing this for that long you?d bebetter at it ???? Anyways, asked for a refund and manager would not give one and said that this location doesn?t do refunds &said to call corporate for one. This situation was made SO SO much harder than it should?ve been. Never returning back. Customerservice through drive thru was poor as well. Just pathetic. Read more
I eat here about once a month. Out of all my visits I would say 95% of the time it's really good and exactly what one would... expect. The orange chicken is their signature dish and it really is good. The vegetables are usually fresh and tasty. On rareoccasion the food tastes like it's been on the warmer too long (tough chicken or rice, overcooked vegetables, etc.). It'sdisappointing when it happens but I would say it's less frequent here than most fast food restaurants. Read more
Horrible customer service went thru the drivethru & ordered a bowl of noodles all I got was a bowl FULL of cabbage NO noddles at... all see photo. Called back once got home with food the assistant manager didn?t seem to care or to do anything about ensuringthis doesn?t keep happening. Every time we?ve gone to this location it?s been bad from bad attitudes of the drive throughperson working there to the quality of food like this. We don?t have any problem like this at the other locations only thislocation. I was told by the assistant manager to come back they?d replace my order add shrimp I went back next day got thereplacement came home with food opened it found the black hair in my food (very unsanitary). Horrible Panda Express! Second time I go here and BOTH times my chow main is all broken up, my fork can?t even pick up the small... pieces. I called to complain and they didn?t offer to replace my plate! I will definitely be reaching out to corporate tocomplain. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else!! Read more
Love Panda Express, one of my favorite Chinese food restaurants!!! Pretty much every dish is unique and delicious!! My top three... dishes are Kung Pao Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken. The fried rice and Chow Mein are good too! Also thespring rolls are delicious! The prices are not bad but I am giving them only four stars instead of five because lately I feelthat the portions are becoming smaller, not long time ago they were giving huge portions! The customer service is horrible. The rudest staff ever. After ordering in the drive thru they told us it would be a 7 minute... wait for fried rice.. we waited over 30 minutes before they decided to bring out our food and the chicken was cold. No one caredand they didn?t want to give our money back. Finally the manager did and she didn?t seem like she cared or even wanted to makeit right. Horrible Panda Express, do not go to this location.
