If possible I would rate my experience a -10. Came to this place three times and all three times my order was wrong. Third time... we got tired and my husband went back. The manager JASON was very unprofessional and tried to not fix anything, claimed he hadto call corporate because we requested a refund. Instead of calling corporate he called the cops.. What was the reason for cops?Nobody was ever in danger. I will make sure to never shop here again. Also I will continue to let everybody know how horribleour experience here was. Read more
I try to avoid this Panda Express because the food is almost always terrible in comparison to the only other location near me,... but today was the last time I will be there. I ordered my food, got to the window, the woman gave it to me and before I even hadit in my car she slammed the window shut. I was pretty taken aback but had a long commute in rush hour so I just headed home. 25minutes out from the restaurant I realized they didn?t give me the most expensive item on my purchase, so I turned around andwent back. I asked them to remake my meals since they made a mistake and I had to come back so far. She handed me the rest of myfood, not even bagged. Any other Asian food would be better than this. Stay away. I actually would say 0 stars! SMH I found maybe one 1/2 piece of beef and the broccoli was hard. This is the second time this... happen. I didn?t report it due to y?all barley opened up not to long ago. So no more panda need to go back to real Chinese food! Read more
Horrible!!! They dont give you but like 2 pieces of meat and the food is flavorless and dry looking maybe left overs please... don?t come here this place needs new employees Ive had Panda before this location isn?t it as you can see they just opened andhave 2 stars. Panda is one of my all time favorites. This location is very good. They make sure to really fill your boxes well
