I love Panera and the staff is pretty nice. I just hate how the portions seem to keep shrinking. I'm now paying $13 for a... quarter of a sandwich and barely a cup of soup. I love the food, but my boyfriend always asks for (and pays extra for) extra avocado on his sandwich and it?s a 50/50 chance... he?ll get it. There?s also times when they don?t give us a baguette with our pick 2 order, and there?s been a time there was nobasil on our margarita pizza? Sometimes we mention it to a worker, sometimes we don?t, but we?ve never gotten any compensationfor it. Read more
Stepping out of the five o'clock traffic, I needed something vegan or plant-based to eat. So I stopped at Panera Bread. I... didn't know what I wanted and felt like a deer in the headlights as I viewed the overhead menu, which is why I truly appreciatedJeremiah who assisted me at the front counter. He was pleasant, polite, and cordial which helped settle me down after being inall that traffic. He made it easy for me by suggesting a Greek salad without the Feta Cheese and took the time to list andsuggest all the specific vegetables to go in the salad. I wasn't expecting that!! I greatly appreciated his patience andassistance. I even stayed there to eat which I don't normally do! This Panera location is special because of a gentleman on staff named Jeremiah. I dine at various Paneras daily, and the... customer service at this location is elevated by Jeremiah. He is genuine when he greets you, steps up to assist you when theline gets long, sharp to identify and remedy when your order is missing items, and can be hilarious. I absolutely love comingto this location after a 12+ hour day to be greeted by him. He is a total gem. Read more
Went there for breakfast. Apparently a chipotle chicken scramble with an over easy egg is too much for this crowd. Waited in... line at the window for +5 min. After I paid of course. Was asked to pull forward and wait. 30 min later had to pull away. Nofood. I was going to give the girl a tip when she brought it out. Free breakfast for her or the non existing kitchen crew wasthere tip. Dont go there. They have better locations. Read more

4 stars because I love the food for the most part and drive thru is an extra bonus which is why it hurts to leave less than a 5... star review. So the food here is exactly cheap. Therefore since I?m paying more and getting less than a Wendy?s salad, I expectbetter quality than a Wendy?s salad. I specifically asked for no iceberg lettuce which has no nutritional value that actualGreens have. This is not the 1st time, I?ve been gaslighted and I?m upset. Can we please do better and drop down Panera saladprices to Wendy?s salad prices where I don?t feel cheated eating only half the salad and throwing out the rest :) Read more
