Placed a pick up order when I got there they refused to break a $50 on a $25 order.. told me to go a crossed the street and get... change and come back. I?m not going to do that and I would have given a $15 dollar tip but I guess they can just enjoy the pizzaand explain why they got a bad review instead. Read more
I ordered a pizza and asked if they could delay it until 9pm, as I wouldn?t be home until then. They said that would be fine. I... leave, get three missed calls at 7 and the delivery driver said nobody was home so they?re going home. I called the store andthey said ?Yeah, I forgot to tell the delivery driver.? So you know, things happen, people are new. I ask the same girl I spokewith before if she could just make sure the pizza is at my house at 9:00. She, again, says yes. It is 9:20 now, and still nopizza. I call and spoke to the manager and ask for a refund, he just says it?ll be back on my card in 3/4 business days. Staff lately over the last few months has become very rude. A few weeks ago I had to virtually shout ?Hi there!? at the staff... member who was wearing headphones to get her to hear me. This was after trying three times to say hi normally and waitingpolitely 3 minutes to be noticed. Today I tried to make small talk and be friendly as I know things are hard in food serviceand was completely ignored. I then said ?thank you!? after being handed my pizza and was ignored. I will not be treated sopoorly when I go out of my way to be polite, friendly, and patience. I?m the one who should be receiving the efforts of socialpleasantries not me doing it so hard for you. I?m the one paying and expect at least basic courtesy not to be ignored like somejerk. I think it was the same person who was wearing the headphones the other day. I have been patronizing this store 1-2 timesor more a week for two years now and will now be taking my business to Palio?s or Whole Foods. Read more
