These guys used to be legit until I caught them stealing 5 dollars as a tip on a carry out order I didn?t authorize. If you do... that with a handful of orders every night you come up with a good amount of money real quick. When I tried to politely bring itto their attention I was screamed at by the manager and told that I Authorized the transaction and NO I didn?t why would I tipon a carry out order? Makes no sense. Decided to use the credit I had on my account to be done with these people and orderedonline and when I went to pick up they had JUST GIVEN MY PIZZA AWAY!! Worst customer service ever!!! The driver had no change for a 10. They were late,and gosh my 9 year old son has better customer... service then the Manager how sad is that?!! But all was bad ,all thumbs down!!! The pizzas were cold after all that!!! Managerneeds to learn better customer service skills and fast I don't plan on a return visit at this point!! Read more
Just wanted to warn other delivery drivers not to pick up from here or to at least try to avoid the place. Everytime I come in... there is legitimately one person working. Both cooking & taking orders. And he is middle aged, he's a great worker but the waittimes are absurd. They need to shut this place down if no one will work there & help him or make some changes like shutting offcertain ordering routes because it's ridiculous to have ONE person cooking pizzas while taking phone, online AND in storeorders. ***I only gave this place 2 stars for the guy that works there. Out of every restaurant or fast food I've ever delivered for, this one is easily the worst. The management is rude, doesn't know... how to do his job, and the owner isn't much more help. I avoid this store like the plague. I would rather eat leftovers from thehomeless and take my chances than go back here. Read more
I placed an online order for cash delivery. I wait for over an hour when it was already supposed to be here so I call. After... being on hold for 15 min they answer and say that they don?t do cash deliveries so they could cancel my order or I could justcome get it. These people can see that I order cash delivery which they know they don?t do. All they had to do was contact meand say all of this instead of making me wait over an hour and have to ask where my pizza is. Horrible management and theyoffered nothing in return. I know they are not in control of the website but they can see they have a pizza sitting there thatthey are supposed to deliver but they?re not going to because I chose cash since the card option would not work. Absolutely HORRIBLE management. Ordered last night. Food arrived on time but was cold and undercooked. I tried calling to... express this to the manager this morning, and before I could even explain what I wanted he began to attack me saying I shouldhave called last night and come back at 10 to have it corrected. I explained I was no longer in the area and he stated well allhe could do for me was remake it if I brought the old food back. Ordered 2 large the works pizzas got 2 medium cheese pizzas ..when i called the manager was rude and would not give me... information ..i was a regular weekly customer but this has left me 40$ lighter and still hungry for my pizza ..thanks poppajohns i will not be back Read more
The worst customer service I have ever received , called to let them know the next morning that my kids pizza was not delivered... to the correct house , explained I was on a late flight and couldn't call when it happened and was yelled at by the "manager ""general manager" and "district manager" (he claims) his name was nick.
