This place is definitely in transition so those other low scoring reviews are true. I went last Saturday with my family. We... waited 30 minutes for our drinks, we had three servers asking for our order like other people who've visited here said. The phowas not bad but I've had it better at any and every other pho restaurant I've been to. And it's overpriced for the quality ofthe servers, food and atmosphere. Most tables were dirty and it was freezing in there at 2pm...it's my first and last visit. Ihope they figure it out. Seems like kids are running that place. Read more
This is a very unorganized establishment. One person would come and ask one question and another person come and ask the same... question again, literally 30 seconds later. The person at the front taking our order was swearing under his breath at one of hiscoworkers in the back. To top it all off, they charge a 3% credit card fee. This is not a problem. However, I decided to paycash but they didn't have any coin change and so they just took that money and asked if that was fine. Food was less thanmediocre. I used to eat here fairly regularly but noticed the service had begun to fall off. Tried to eat there tonight and couldn’t get... waited on. They apparently no longer care about service, we just left. Sorry but there are too many restaurants that have goodservice. Read more
This place is always convenient and the staff is friendly. I have never had a long wait here. They flavors of the vermicelli... dish I get are good, especially the lemon grass chili, however the chicken always tastes like reheated chicken. IYKYK I justcan't get the chicken anymore after a few tried but I will be back to try the beef and my kids and hubby love the phó. Read more
I've given this place chance after chance. I always ask them to include all veggies with my pho. Of course they never do. I... ask for soy sauce and they don't add it. Their portions are very stingy and way over priced for a tiny bowl of soup. The phoisn't even that great it's just bare minimum. If you're a real pho lover then don't go here. Go to pho hung on Camp Bowie. Much better and more authentic. Read more
This is a good place to come eat they have a lot of the traditional Vietnamese cuisine, we had both grilled chicken and veggie... spring rolls and they were ok. We both Phó, I got the combo, steak,chicken and shrimp and my date got the brisket. We woulddefinitely go back again Read more
Was wanting to find a Pho place close so we weren't driving to Dallas all the time for our favorite pho. Found Pho House here on... Yelp and figured we'd give it a try. I ordered the traditional pork and shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer and the chicken pho(spicy). The husband had egg rolls, steamed dumplings,, chicken curry soup, and the beef pho. ALL the food was absolutelydelicious and had such wonderful flavor. The staff were quick and friendly too. We definitely will be coming back!! Superimpressed and glad to have a good pho place nearby! Food is pretty good here and the prices are about average for pho. Definitely a good spot to visit if you're craving pho and... in the west fort worth/ white settlement area. Read more
