During my decade of trucking I have learned to avoid this truck stop if at all possible unless I'm bobtail and it's early in the... day because their poorly designed lot fills up fast (I can't blame the truck stop for our over use of their facilities onlytheir poor design). After driving 20 miles out of route to this location, I waited for four hours for my shower. I called to see if there was an... issue and got no answer. I called customer service and was told my app was outdated, it's the latest version. I went in to betold the showers would be down until tomorrow due to a dryer fire, no posted signage. I stated I have my own linens and willclean the shower. He stated I still couldn't shower because they'd have no way of cleaning them. I won't return to thislocation. Place is good and you can staff is very polite , however please be aware to use your fuel card on pump itself becasue my card... got frauded by scammers as they installed device on pump and it got cloned and it was used on later day without me knowing, tryto use cards inside of store not outside of pump Read more

This location is poorly ran. You have 3 ppl at the register, 3 ppl stocking and one person cleaning the showers and 14 customers... waiting on showers. How ridiculous is this considering that they have 12 showers? Two employees stocking the same cooler andone(Josh) that every time I see him he's just walking around, talking to someone, sneaking into the back room to eat his wings.oh and the manager just got on a register to help check ppl out. This location needs some organization. So if you're coming hereexpect a long wait no matter what you come here for. I strongly recommend skipping this location. Read more
Edit: Dec 2021, has gone down hill again. Manager very rude, dread going into their filthy bathrooms. ??- ?-Yah! This place is... working hard to improve! New, very professional workers. I now go and all in the same visit there is: soap, paper towels, toiletpaper, coffee, French vanilla creamer, and hot chocolate. ? The 2 gentlemen who I saw cleaning the showers tonight bring thisrating from a 1 star to a 4 star. Twice I?ve had to shower here, both times the showers were very clean, clean towels, and hotwater. ? Truckers beware: Not only are four pumps not working, the satellite pump did not work, so today I could only fill onehalf of my truck. I did not have time to drive around and get back into the long lines, and, because my company requires me togo to Pilot, I have little choice. ? Today they had four (4) fuel bays out of order :( ?- YET AGAIN: Yep, today no toiletpaper, no French vanilla creamer and no hot chocolate. I have to stop here, to scale my load before I hit the road and go over aDOT scale. If you can, go somewhere else. ?- UPDATE: Now, not only cant I get coffee with French Vanilla creamer, it?s out...butpumps 17 and 20?s key pads do not work. So, that?s extra wasted time for the trucker. Choose Loves or TA just north of Denton.Or Loves about 25 miles south of here. ?- THE worst Pilot I?ve ever been to. It is on my route as a trucker. Everyday there iseither no toilet paper, or soap, or paper towels. The coffee yesterday tasted like burnt plastic. Every-single-time there is noFrench Vanilla creamer...every single time! So, get hot chocolate...nope, machine not working. The night shift keeps thingsstocked and are kind. The week day shift don?t care and the male manager has an attitude. It was an early stop for us. The bathrooms were clean. It was a bit busy. I got quite a few snacks and even some caramel popcorn... to bring home to the kids. They have a McDonalds here that is only doing drive-thrus and take-outs. The dining area isrestricted. They are practicing safe distance here. They are well stocked. Read more
