Pizza is always dry and old for it to be a new fresh order. I well go to other Pizza parlors for know own. Not going to bother... with your reply to making it right. Because it want be. The pizza orders are all the same each and every time I order. They arejust selling old pizza orders that were not picked up. Read more

i placed and order that my daugther recived, when she handed the money to the lady, she say she didnt have any change, so she... keep tho monwy, i dont think is right that your delivery drivers do that, they are suppost to have change with them, i guess ihave to contact your corporate office to try to fix this problem Read more

Ordered 2 pizzas for dinner with guests, and both were so burnt couldn't tell what the toppings were; the stuffed crust was so... dried out there was no longer any cheese in it. Very disgusted. Read more

Twice I have been to Pizza Hut and ordered pizza with everything on it. And add jalapenos. No jalapenos, No mushrooms So I told... them to just run my mushrooms through the oven and give me my jalapenos I will put them on myself!!! One time I ordered thincrust with everything on it. They sent me burnt up crust, delivered it to my door!!! I was so mad because I was so hungry!!! Hadto bring it back. Fast Food Places Has Taught Me To Check Everything!!! Read more

Early evening (7:30 pm)12/30/2021 I ordered via my Pizza Hut app., from the Sycamore School Rd. Location. I actually had tried... calling it in twice previously... (This was our 3rd attempt) to place an order for delivery. I ordered 2 taste makers, (That's 2large 3 topping pizzas) including a tip and their freakin delivery charge for a total of $32.04. Within minutes (7:31) Ireceived a notification our food was being prepared. At 8:10 pm I received another notification that our food was out fordelivery. At 8:30 pm I called (we live less than 5 minutes from this Pizza Hut) and was told our order had left for delivery at"8:25 pm!" (8:10 or 8:25?)Very interesting indeed. At 8:45 I called again! I received the same response verbatim... At 9:05 pmapproximately 1 hour and 30 minutes after ordering, our pizzas arrived! The driver explained that they were short a driver andapologized for taking so long to get to us. The pizza was beyond cold ( the box would've tasted better) I called the store tocomplain (having given them the benefit of doubt up to this point), When the woman/girl who answered realized our order hadfinally been delivered, she said "you got your pizza, thank you, goodnight," and hung up! Excellent customer service! It took 3attempts calling the 800 number to get someone I could understand... This person took my complaint, said I would receive arefund apologized repeatedly and hung up. Fast forward 4 days... I have received several apologetic emails with promises of aphone call from the general manager and a refund. So far neither has happened. I will contact my bank to reverse the charge... Iapologize for my wordiness here. I really just wanted to convey the message that Pizza Hut, especially the Sycamore School rdlocation in Fort Worth, does not produce acceptable food or customer service.
