Where do I start? They use Doordasher for delivery. We don't live far and the location. The driver was slow getting here. Food... was cold and mediocre. We ordered drinks with our food and no drinks were provided. Now we have to go to the store for therefund. You know the part of the commercial that says no one beats Pizza Hut. Yeah that's a lie. Pizza ordering easy, pizza order was correct. Domino's carry out special is cheaper and pizza is better quality. I should have... ordered my usual pan pizza order or stuffed crust order. That being said I ordered a hand tossed and a thin and crispy. Crustwas too hard. Sauce was salty. Not enough cheese. Pizza hut used to be my favorite pizza, but for the past 7 years or so theyget progressively worse and rely on stuffed crust and pan pizza for business, pizza hut should be able to make a decent handtossed amirite. I always check in every year to see how pizza hut is doing. And it's worse than you remember. Read more
this place is terrible they are very rude! my husband called and the female on the phone was very mean and hung up on him for... asking to many questions about the deals. She said everything is expensive so bye! So on behalf of my husband i called and askedto speak to a manager and the man that answered kept hanging up on me! I will be going higher than the store manager. I will nothave a women being mean to my husband for asking question you should already know, or being hung up on by another employee. Put an order in....said it was on its way for delivery at 10:25...literally sat in my living room until 11:50 waiting...still... showed out for delivery. Decided to check my front door and pizza was delivered...no knock at the door at all. I did not choosecontact les delivery. I don't understand why delivery driver didn't knock. Food is now cold and I waited up so late. Terribleexperience and now Terrible cold pizza and wings. Paid 50 bucks for pizza and a pre paid tip of 9 dollars. Won't make themistake eating there again. First of all, I see a lot of complaints against Doordash when people don't know it's not always the fault of the dasher...AT... ALL!!! Tonight, I was met with the worst treatment that I have ever experienced in years!!! There is literally too muchrudeness and unprofessionalism from their staff that typing of multiple adjectives won't even begin to convey thedisrespect. Bottom line, I asked when my order would be ready. I was told 'when it comes out the oven' with an eye roll tomatch the line. I was told they were closed at 10:48 pm(sign says closed at 11). I was then told they didn't prepare my order init's entirety. 20 minute wait for their mistake(on bread sticks). I will continue this horror story after speaking withcorporate It went on and on.... Including lying and even more disrespect! Again, please don't assume it's the Dasher. Peopledon't know how hard it is dealing with rude merchants, orders that simply aren't ready on time and we can do nothing about it,missing items when we can not even SEE what you ordered and rely on the merchant to be accurate etc. The lady working tonightneeds a new job or new training.
