We ordered 2 orders of Cinnabon rolls and they were both raw. Like they just put the little pans into a pizza box and sent them... off. On top of that we?ve been trying to call the store for the past 30 minutes and they refuse to answer. Read more

I always order from Pizza Hut'but I recently made an order online and my cheese sticks were burt,so I called them and instead of... them giving excillent customer service the man decided to argue with me instead, saying thats how they come out of the oven thenhe proceeded to hang up in my face after saying call corporate just very unprofessional they have lost a customer with me. I understand it was busy but I had already experienced issues with with my payment processing on my end. Then after completing... the transaction, we were allowed to sit another 30 minutes though our order was complete. I was then offered a couple sodas asresolution. How frustrating. This location needs to be staffed & better resolutions for mistakes like this. Read more
These people smoking crack rocks. I waited on a order for over an hour then called up there and was told their manager canceled... my order then left, and then was told their ovens were down but waiting for 10 minutes on the phone while they helped customersin store. Read more
