Went there after 4. Ordered the chicken nachos ended up getting beef. Ordered the half chicken with fries and refried beans.... Ended up getting nasty rice and the other beans... HIGHLY dissatisfied! My food wasn't even fresh! Very disappointed in theservice and food! Read more
I?ve never been to a Pollo Regio and it was a great experience! I?m at the one on Lancaster and the employees are SO nice and... helpful. The food is delicious.. I got the Regio platter (very fine) and a couple of carne asada tacos. Very authentic. Chipsare to die for! So are the beans ???? Read more
Bad service, didn't acknowledge anyone in line until they finished taking good out to tables, had to constantly remind them of... missing items of our order multiple times and others we didn't get to we were literally walking out after eating. Other partsof our order were cold. Went at their slowest time so not like they were busy but they were all taking to each other in theback. Tables were dirty, not cleaned after customers left.
