Qdoba is normally great, however at this location the women working are very rude and act like serving you is ruining their... life. Also they let a vagrant wonder around the store starring at customers and acting scetchy. This made us very uncomfortable.Do yourself a favor and pick a different Qdoba location. Read more
My husband has been coming here for over a decade so he is a very loyal customer. We went in today and experienced the absolute... worst service. The hostility from the young girl working was unnecessary and took us by surprise. Everything we asked for sheresponded so rudely, like it was such a chore for her. We asked for a vitamin water and she gave us a regular water. When I wentto go switch it out she said, ?there?s so many people here it?s not just you.? Mind you, there was was one guy paying out andone waiting. So 3 of us total. I don?t know if she was overwhelmed but the attitude was awful and we did not appreciate beingtreated that way. Read more
I put in an online order, and when I went to pick up the food there was a note on the door that said ?closed?. There was someone... inside so I knocked on the door and let her know I had an online order. She looked confused and said that was supposed to beturned off since they were closed (it was 6:15pm). I asked her what I should do since I already paid for my food and she said tocall back tomorrow and talk with a manager to get it refunded. This place is never open during their posted business hours, andthe Qdoba page on here has been saying they were going to address it with the local manager for over 6 months and nothing haschanged. Normally it's awesome food but lately it's been not so awesome. For the love of Mexican food. Please sample your food and... chips u are going to serve. I had some very stale chips and that just ruined my night. As someone that is embarrassed tocomplain I just put a ton of salsa to cover the nasty chips aftertaste!!!! We stopped by store #140 Camp Bowie on Thursday night. All the tables were empty but almost every one needed to be wiped down. ... There was cheese on them. I had not been to a Qdoba before and I felt rushed to make my selections. None of the employeeswere wearing a mask like your website says but that didn't bother me. The young black girl that started our order seemed putout that we were there. There was no greeting and no smile. Overall the food was okay. Read more

Extremely rude employee. Gave her my order and she threw it together like I was a dog. Asked for my drink and she placed my cup... upside down on the counter and would not give me a clean cup.
