The girls in here are nice ish but don't know how to roll a burrito. Maybe it's the way they were taught to do it? No clue. When... I asked for a little bit of cilantro and she gave me a handful on top, I was a bit annoyed. When she rolled my burrito into asquare I was puzzled. Then the total came for 3 burritos and 3 soft drink- 48$ Really? Then they asked me for a tip. When Iunrolled the tightly wrapped foil at my seat the burrito busted and leaked all the juices out. Needed a fork for this thing asit was oddly wrapped and couldn't be held and eaten like an other larger burrito establishments I've ever been to. This islikely to be the last time in this place. The food is prepared and seasoned well here, the portions are generous and the staff is always in a good mood, very pleasing... atmosphere. We eat lunch here once or twice a month, and I have yet to have a negative experience. If you get a bowl, don't planto eat anything else the rest of the day. It's drowning in protein. Saginaw qdoba is the best qdoba by far. I can?t speak for the evening shift but customer service in the day shift is on point... especially the assistant manager. I believe her name is Aaliyah. Chips and guac are always consistently good. The food ingeneral is always very good however I?m not too happy that the shrimp is not on the menu anymore. Disgusting chicken. The chicken was so bad it had a rubbery consistency and tasted frozen. Chicken was mushy and did not give me... the impression of real or fresh meat. The portions are small and not worth the money. It?s very over priced in my opinion. If aplace doesn?t even have food tortilla chips you should not trust anything else they serve. Even the chips were not good. I wishI would have went with my first mind and left before placing a order because even the employees were unwelcoming. I always get here including today and last night and generally have a good experience. Today, I went in around 5:30 pm and... requested a chicken protein bowl. After they made my bowl, they told me they were out of the lettuce. I said that?s fine can yousubstitute it with something else, she looked at me like I was saying something unreasonable. I looked at what was available andsaid you know what give me some rice. She gave me the rice and I moved to check out. The girl at the check out (Laya) was havinga bad day or something was wrong. She had so much attitude toward me getting rice and wasn?t friendly at all. She also didn?toffer me my receipt and threw it away. I left and went to my car and started with the guacamole that was on the top. I loveguacamole and always eat that first. Once I reached to the grilled veggies, I noticed all the onions and most of the bell paperswere 100% burned. They weren?t just caramelized. They were just awfully burned. I was like no big deal just some onions, thennoticed most of the chicken was also burned, so I gathered my courage and went back in and spoke with the girl up front (Laya)and she did not like that and said she was the manager and can?t do anything about it. She left finally to go call her manager(Jared) and came back and asked if I had tried the food. Keep in mind, of course, I had, how would I have seen the burned foodunder guacamole if I hadn?t. Plus the whole bowl tasted like burned food because of how much burned food was in it. She saidsince I have eaten some of it, they cannot refund it. I was just stunned. I said if she can let me talk to the manager, she saidno! I finally left with so much frustration and disappointment because I love Qdoba and can?t believe how poorly customers aretreated. This location has made our order incorrectly at least four times, but I guess it's my fault for coming back. Tonight, we ordered... a mini bowl and quesadilla with Beyond Meat. Neither came with the protein option. The quesadilla was slapped together hastily,with the cheese stuck to the paper container. Last time, they gave us queso diablo instead of regular, which we had to waste andthrow away. The photo included is of a burned quesadilla we got in an order. The food container had been smashed and wrapped(held together) with Saran wrap. Before that, the food we got was cold and hard (the store owner provided us with free entreecoupons.) Chipotle 2.0 Picture Taco Cabana and Chipotle having a baby. Menu is a little different I had the pull pork was ok. The place is... clean and the team that provides the service is great. The mixes vegetables were good. Atmosphere is fun and bright like tacocabana. Queso was better than Chipotle. Read more
