Went there and ordered a burger and my parents order some chicken fillets. The burger I was served was served with fish despite... the menu not even mentioning a burger like that. I know because I got up to get another menu to double check. My parents'chicken was ice cold and the sauce on it long dried. Also it took way too long to get the food out. My guess is that explainsthe cold chicken and dried sauce and in the rush they put fish on a burger meant to have beef. The server was nice but theservice overall was bad. Read more

My server was above and beyond amazing! She made the place worth it. The food was pretty decent; cooked well, order was correct,... done in a timely manner. This place was a mess, the floor was sticky, the table /chairs were sticky, the menu as well. The quality of the food was... atrocious, the garlic fries were soggy smothered in oil, the burgers were burnt. I asked for mine well done and my husband askedfor Medium well, both the burgers were charred and burnt and not seasoned as well. There was no salt or pepper at least in thepatty. Ordered a sunset lemonade for $4.99. But couldn?t drink it because it was made too strong. Exchanged it for a sprite but they... still charged me for it. The garlic fries were super greasy but had good flavor. Burgers were good. Waiter brought our food outbut only refilled one drink at our table then brought us a to-go box. I?ve been to Hulen Mall many times, but I?ve never come to this restaurant. I decided to take a chance and omg it was definitely... worth it. I will be returning soon. The restaurant was clean and had friendly employees. Our waiter (I forgot his name, but hewas tall) was very kind and helpful. However, The bathrooms were kinda iffy. The water pressure was bad so the toilets didn?tflush correctly. The bathroom floors were also super sticky. But, I?ve definitely seen worse. So, I?m not gonna take away a starfor that. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. I got the Madlove burger and it SLAPPED. I?ve never had a gourmet burger before, so thisdefinitely set the bar super high. Late night dinner,Burgers were okay ...I've definitely had better! My Blue Cheese burger tasted like a regular burger and I love... Blue Cheese!! Hence why I ordered the Black and Blue... Fries were soggy...yuck! Onion rings were good! My drink had plenty ofalcohol and no pineapple! Best of all was Our server she was outstanding! She apologized for things they were out of but shewent the extra to suggest options that were similar! Loved her personality! The sides were awesome and she even offered usjalapeño coins to try separate! If I owned a restaurant I would have stolen her for my place!!
