Nice atmosphere. Ordered 3 meat combo. Brisket was excellent, cat fish was good, beef ribs had very little meat on them and... were not good. My waiter refilled my soda but never asked how my meal was otherwise I would have mentioned the beef ribs werenot good. BBQ sauce was also excellent as was the bread pudding for dessert. Read more
We couldn't find a restaurant that would seat 25 people...UNTIL RISKY'S!! I called in hopes it was possible and Darryl said he... would MAKE IT HAPPEN!! My daughter turned 14 today and Risky's made her celebration possible. The wait staff was so attentiveand EVERYONE was so kind and polite. From the host to manager we were treated like kings. Even after we added a late family toour party. There was no change in service and our family and friends enjoyed themselves. The food did not disappoint. The burntends were to die for and the Mesquite shrimp is enough food to share. I am beyond grateful and COMPLETELY SATISFIED witheverything from tonight. You really moved mountains for my baby girl. This place is good for all-you-can-eat BBQ, but I wouldn’t come here for enjoying taste and texture. I tried the steak and... fries and it was good enough, but nothing special. I feel like the appetizers might be better than the main dishes. But I’malso from Houston so not sure if I’m biased. Read more

Catfish was good. Ribs were not hot (heat). The sides were not as flavorful as I hoped. Fried okra needed to be cooked longer... for my taste. The fried onion strips were very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The ratings is for the food. Read more
I got a pulled pork sandwich and it was good nothing spectacular. It comes with one barbecue sauce flavor. I was not impressed... by the potato salad. Can just say delicious brisket. Also if you order the steak tips half of the plate is just fried fat. Very tasty still but half... fat and half meat brisket. About $14 bucks. Then don't get the ribs not horrible but taste like if it was sitting out underneatha lamp all day. Fast seating and friendly staff. Mac and cheese, potatoes really all the the sides delicious. Absolutely love this restaurant! We are from Colorado, but travel most weekends. We are always looking for the best local... restaurants. Hands down, Riscky's is our favorite in Ft. Worth. Today we visited Riscky's for the 3rd time in 2 years. The foodis good ole down-home fare. The vibe is quintessential Texas ????????????????
